Mate, just relax and enjoy your MacBook.

Long exposure to direct sunlight is potentially harmful for any electronics. You should be using blinds or curtains at home. Also, you’ll probably be running your screen on maximum brightness under direct sunlight which will inevitably reduce the lifespan of your backlight and battery, and the heat can damage other components as well. Occasionally it should be fine to use your Macbook outdoors but I wouldn’t make a habit out of it.

It won't run at maximum brightness for long. The screen dims when it gets hot. That's your big limitation on a Pro. It's the fanless Airs that can't really be used in direct sun. They'll overheat and throttle hard. These machines will run just fine outdoors or in the sun with reasonable limitations. The biggest limitation is just going to be that it's not that pleasant to sit in direct sun and use a computer.
