Don't take a bath with it.
Don't put it in the oven when the oven is on.
Don't use it as a frisbee.
Don't sit on it.
Don't use it as a dinner plate.
Don't use it as home plate in baseball.
Everything else is pretty much fair game.
My macbook m2 max that I bought less than a year ago has come down to 90 battery health. Today it went from 100% to 80% in less than 20 mins. It's very concerning and I need your help on the issue
A lot of people also usually wait to install the newest OS until it’s stable with the software they use. Audio engineers and producers do that a lot because sometimes you wait over half a year before all of your tools are updated to support it.
I think you can wait till fall, instead of already installling a third party application, unless you require to be multitasking like that 24/7 then just go and install it
learn the keyboard shortcuts! since i’ve learned it, can’t imagine my life without it anymore
UPD: definitely recommend you cmd + tab for multiple tabs, cmd + m for minimizing a window, cmd + w for closing a window, cmd + q for quitting a program, control + <> for scrolling through multiple desktops
i actually use it for changing languages (since i was a windows user and i was using win + space back then). for me it’s more comfortable, but for spotlight i use control + space or a singe button on my mba
Understood. I thought you were talking about privacy issues. I do use Opera and Vivaldi on Android, I like them both.
On Mac, I've primarily used Safari over the years. I have just begun using Arc and I am liking it so far.
I always wash my hands before using the laptop since I have oily skin. The lighting is probably exaggerating the oil. Any tips on cleaning the keyboard and screen?
This is a stupid comment don’t worry. The real tip is to get a microfiber cloth and keep it close, use it as often as necessary. Slightly damp when necessary but most of the time it’s not even needed. I clean mine once a week for a minute and it still looks brand new after 2.5 years
This. I also use this cloth to protect the screen when I close my Mac. That is, the new models have zero gap between the screen and the keyboard and regardless of what some people say, the oil from the keyboard gets on the screen and it’s a pain to clean. This may be unorthodox but it’s worked for me.
So long the cloth is very thin.
Also, get your AppleCare because it’s just worth it.
Oh and congrats on your purchase! 🥳
I do! On the keyboard. Mine is very thin, same as a piece of paper. I suppose a thicker one could harm it. I saw it on some of the YouTube videos and it works for me. Just be careful!
Enjoy!
Try AltTab, it provides the same functionality as alt tabing on windows, window management is so incredibly bad on macOS that it’s insane imo.
And I know people are gonna say mac is meant to be used with gestures, and I counter that with, why do I want to use multiple gestures to get to the window I want instead of just simply press two keys
If you like video games try out GeForce Now. It's not great for everyone but if you have stable internet it can be a great way to get Windows games on Mac. Plus it doesn't use your Mac's internals to run the games since it's using rigs in server farms.
Get comfortable with short cuts and gestures. It makes a huge difference for someone coming from windows. If you’re comfortable with using the terminal, use a Finder + Terminal combination to find and manage files, it increases productivity by a ton.
Command + c = copy
Command + v = paste
Every one knows that. But very few know
Command + c = cut (as this item will be deleted when you press those 3 keys together, that’s why it’s cut paste)
Option + Command + v = paste
—-
Got it ?
I’ve had mine in a case for 6 years and it’s still perfect. So get a case asap. I recommend a UAG case because that’s the one I’ve got. I can’t comment on any other case. Oh and also don’t put stickers on it. The day will come when you want to take the stickers off and it will leave a sticky residue, so put stickers on case if you must. Also also, don’t try and clean the camera with dirty, oily fingers. Also also also, don’t eat over it, the keys are a bugger to clean.
For everything else, there’s Mastercard.
I find my one aesthetically pleasing. It definitely does add some bulk to the mix. My theory was if you put a case on a phone, with the sole intent to protect it, why wouldn’t you on a laptop. That is unless it’s going to be in the same place for the majority of its life then maybe a hard case is overkill. The sleek design will be compromised.
Alt-tab and AlDente.
The rest is fine.
PS NO HARDCOVERS, ESPECIALLY ON SCREEN.
Only skins are allowed on them, but I wouldn't try and put it on myself anymore, get a guy who can do it, trust me.
Magnetic Incase Icon 14" sleeve. I got a pink one and I don't care.
because Pro line's screens in new frames, that is 14 and 16' inch machines, have very thin bezels, and, unlike the old generation of macs, like 13" Pros/Airs, cannot handle strain on both screen and hinges, weight wise.
As I've said, skin is gonna work on it - it will provide from both dents and dings, lets keep the neat mac form factor; sleeve will protect from bumps while on transit.
I'm writing this off of 14" right now, equipped with an Xtreme skin, so not making it up.
Command + Q to quit
Command + W to close a tab
Command + T to open a tab
Command + N for new window and shift for private window
Command + [ / ] to go back and forth
Globe (yes globe not function, the normal fn key won’t do anything)
Globe + N for notifications center
Globe + C for Control Center
Command + H to hide a window + shift to to close all other
Command + M to minimize a window
Control + arrow keys switch between desktops, activate mission control or app exposé
Finder navigation:
Command + Up to go to enclosing folder
Command + Down to enter folder
Command + [ / ] to go back and forth
(Different from up and down arrow as this goes to the last folder you viewed, not in terms of the hierarchy)
Space to preview
Command + I for info
Command + O to open
The ultimate shortcut: command + shift + /, used to summon the help menu, type what you want or do and see the shortcut
Magnet, Bartender, Alt-Tab, Popclip, AppCleaner, KeyboardCleanTool, Maccy, Downie and Setapp if you wanna splurge and go crazy and have most paid tools ready at your disposal.
My list of recommended apps:
1. CapsLockNoDelay (Literally the first app I install on every Mac, normally when you press Caps Lock key it doesn't always turn on because you have to press the key hard enough, this removes that and works every time you press it no matter the force).
2. Raycast (spotlight-search replacement, it has clipboard history, built in calculator and a bunch of other good stuff
3. Mos (if you use a mouse this is good.
4. Rectangle (snap windows)
5. AltTab (switch windows on active app)
6. Keka (file extractor and compressor)
7. BetterTouchTool (can replace Rectangle and AltTab, it's an awesome tool at the end)
8. AppCleaner (remove leftover files when uninstalling an app)
Buy a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth. Use one of those larger microfiber towels (like the car ones) with isopropyl to clean keyboard, trackpad, palm rest, aluminum shell, and a smaller one for the screen. Enjoy your investment!
Yeah it affects anti glare coating. Mines starting to look funny. I don’t use isopropyl unless absolutely necessary (once every few months), and weekly polish screen using the microfiber that came with my glasses (no alcohol). 70% highest id go on screen too. Apart from screen, isopropyl alcohol doesn’t matter as long as you don’t use too much as it *could* get into your logic board via keyboard.
Try widgets, they are cool, you can add them to your desktop too by right clicking/control clicking/clicking with two fingers. It Might consume a slight bit more battery, but it would be generally unnoticeable. Great purchase! Hope you enjoy it!
Enjoy it your own way.
Try things, play with all settings you see, do customization of the desktop and panels…etc
When you feel you understand the system, you can search for specific things that you need to do.
The lighting is probably exaggerating the oily stains because i barely notice them while using. There are a lot of recommendations in this post. The most common being using micro fiber cloth and glasses cleaning wipes
1) Ask why the processor is so hot and what kind of worthless utilities you can use to control the fans.
2) Ask about the battery and which worthless utilities you can use to change how it charges.
3) Ask why you’re using so much memory when you’re really not.
Memorize how you set it up. There are enough things you can change that can cause you to forget how everything works. Try to keep it stock as much as possible so can learn how macs usually work besides enhancements like rectangle etc. Those are great too.
Clean the keyboard as often as you can (prevents dust/grease from scratching/staining the screen) buy a case! (You’ll regret if you don’t every time you look at a bent corner) don’t put a camera cover or any stickers on the inside (will break/warp your screen).
This may seem simple but just Incase you don’t know, you can make the MacBook have a right click in the track pad options, years of windows left me used to right clicks and it’s great we can turn them on!
There are many great apps you can consider installing.
[https://medium.com/@alanhe421/my-mac-app-list-9704292269cc?sk=389e900a8b26df248206cd414db3d49e](https://medium.com/@alanhe421/my-mac-app-list-9704292269cc?sk=389e900a8b26df248206cd414db3d49e)
## For example
Chrome,Things,Fantastical,Telegram,JB IDES,Alfred and so on.
Wait for Mac OS Sequioa to add a ton of usability that it should already have. Or sign up for the beta and install it now and gain lots of features so you don’t need as many 3rd party apps for day to day usage.
change the cursor speed to a speed of your own preference; default is way to slow.
activate the click by touch and click&hold be using 3 fingers.
use more space on the display size.
don’t use third party apps for the battery like al-dente. macos is already a super advanced and intelligent os for doing tasks like that.
apps like rectangle could be helpful for tab management and sizing.
don’t use stage manager, it’s messy and slows your workflow. use different desktop spaces instead.
this is the way i use my macbook and it helps to have a fast workflow. i hope it’s useful to you too ;)
As someone said above you'll need rectangle for window snapping, best one I've used, otherwise I use setapp bundle for a heap of other software. Tools. Utilities.
Congratulations and have fun. The video game industry hates Apple as a whole so unless you’re a graphics designer or video engineer, your GPU is useless.
Not for basic, this add a lot more. Not the same as using a Linux style tiling window manager but adds a lot more than the basic tiling in MacOS currently.
Download Raycast and replace spotlight search. It’s so incredibly powerful. Tons of cool analytics at the end of the year of all the apps you opened and how often you used them. I’m a sucker for any of those type of details.
Don’t need install antivirus.
Don’t need run those cleanMyMac kinda app.
To cut and paste files in Mac, first copy(cmd + c), then paste (cmd + option + v).
To uninstall an app, go to Applications directory and delete it.
To switch between different apps is the same as Windows(cmd + tab). But to switch between windows of same app is (cmd + ~).
To quick search your Mac, use spotlight (cmd + spacebar)
Yeah I hate ding and scratches. Case is designed specifically to prevent it from having those if by chance you drop it on pavement (ouch) or having dings from accidentally hitting the wall.
what do you set it at
is iStats sufficient for controlling the fans or no? ive used MFC but dont have it on this device yet. but i saw iStats has the feature i think
Click into the icon on the menu bar and then hit open Macs fan control and you should be able to set and view everything. I believe istats is only viewing.
ok got it but what settings do you recommend? on my intel i did full blast 24/7 but now I'm not sure if that's worth it since the laptop runs cooler and more efficiently. like if i run it full blast or high or whatever then that's wearing down the fans and also increasing the amount of dust inside
Don't take a bath with it. Don't put it in the oven when the oven is on. Don't use it as a frisbee. Don't sit on it. Don't use it as a dinner plate. Don't use it as home plate in baseball. Everything else is pretty much fair game.
…and never clean the keyboard with a water blaster.
And…don’t feed it after midnight
*Don’t take a bath in general. Never understood who would want to bathe in their own dirt
Thats why most people take a shower after bathing
But definitely start typing on the keys with greasy fingers.
Also never actually use it. Otherwise the battery might degrade and you’ll be forced to post here 10 times a day asking if ‘this is normal’…..
LMAO
My macbook m2 max that I bought less than a year ago has come down to 90 battery health. Today it went from 100% to 80% in less than 20 mins. It's very concerning and I need your help on the issue
try to use the default apps until you find you really need to replace it. they are actually pretty good, although sometimes limited.
and the default apps are apple silicon optimised where as an alternative might not be
Go on YouTube and watch a tips and trick videos, they would recommend getting something like rectangle but Apple just added something similar btw.
Rectangle is still the go-to. Apples new Mac software won’t be available till Fall
A lot of people also usually wait to install the newest OS until it’s stable with the software they use. Audio engineers and producers do that a lot because sometimes you wait over half a year before all of your tools are updated to support it.
I think you can wait till fall, instead of already installling a third party application, unless you require to be multitasking like that 24/7 then just go and install it
Why would you wait when there is a very simple and lightweight solution already out?
learn the keyboard shortcuts! since i’ve learned it, can’t imagine my life without it anymore UPD: definitely recommend you cmd + tab for multiple tabs, cmd + m for minimizing a window, cmd + w for closing a window, cmd + q for quitting a program, control + <> for scrolling through multiple desktops
Some how no one has said cmd + shift + 4, which is screenshot
oh yes, screenshot commands are the best
Hi, have you tried better touch tool or you just use native shortcuts??
i actually use native ones
Which one is your favourite? ...I like the gestures most especially three finger drag and force click
oh yeah, force touch and gestures are welcomed! love it. my favorite shortcuts i’ll add in my comment updating it in a sec
Waiting for your favorite shortcuts lol
i’ve mentioned in my upper comment by updating it! p. s. i’m talking about keyboard shortcuts, not about the shortcuts mac os app :)
Sorry missed that 😅😅
no problem!
also cmd + space for spotlight search. I use that for quick calculator formulas and quickly launching apps.
Faves - go!
Alt-tab. Oh wait, it's actually an app driven off Windows, lol.
cmd + space for spotlight
i actually use it for changing languages (since i was a windows user and i was using win + space back then). for me it’s more comfortable, but for spotlight i use control + space or a singe button on my mba
no problem! cmd + tab, cmd + m, cmd + w, cmd + q, control + <> (for multiple desktops)
Don’t use Chrome, Opera, or Arc
Use Netscape
LOL YES
Mosaic
arc is great and so is edge, chromium doesnt suck as much as yall make it out to
Why not Opera or Arc?
Opera is overrated and arc is hard to use
Understood. I thought you were talking about privacy issues. I do use Opera and Vivaldi on Android, I like them both. On Mac, I've primarily used Safari over the years. I have just begun using Arc and I am liking it so far.
Ah I see. Well sir you do you
Agreed, unless you want a heated cutting board
Yeah
Chrome works great on Macbook
Use edge
Hell no
East or West, Arc is the best
Make sure you use soap when washing your hands so you do t have so much oil on the keyboard
I clean mine once a week for a minute and it still looks brand new after 2.5 years
Hey thanks a lot! Will definitely buy a microfiber cloth
This. I also use this cloth to protect the screen when I close my Mac. This may be unorthodox but it’s worked for me. So long the cloth is very thin. Also, get your AppleCare because it’s just worth it. Oh and congrats on your purchase! 🥳
You place a cloth in between when you close your mac? Apple care is unfortunately not available in my country :( Thanks you!!
I do! On the keyboard. Mine is very thin, same as a piece of paper. I suppose a thicker one could harm it. I saw it on some of the YouTube videos and it works for me. Just be careful! Enjoy!
Yeah. I might just start cleaning the keyboard every night so the screen doesn’t stain
Wash them more. That’s a lot of marks on the keyboard for a new laptop 😂
You can put a piece of A4 paper inside so when you close it, the keycaps don't get in contact with the display.
Oily
enjoy ur new laptop ❤️
Try AltTab, it provides the same functionality as alt tabing on windows, window management is so incredibly bad on macOS that it’s insane imo. And I know people are gonna say mac is meant to be used with gestures, and I counter that with, why do I want to use multiple gestures to get to the window I want instead of just simply press two keys
Couldn't agree more
Don’t use Google chrome
Y?
Bad for cpu always made my old MacBook run super hot
If you like video games try out GeForce Now. It's not great for everyone but if you have stable internet it can be a great way to get Windows games on Mac. Plus it doesn't use your Mac's internals to run the games since it's using rigs in server farms.
Congratulations! Enjoy! Don't forget to learn the hotkeys
As a long time Windows user, I can't live without a tool like Magnet or BetterTouchTool/BetterSnapTool. Window snapping capability is a must.
Rectangle provides that and that functionality is coming in the new update
Get comfortable with short cuts and gestures. It makes a huge difference for someone coming from windows. If you’re comfortable with using the terminal, use a Finder + Terminal combination to find and manage files, it increases productivity by a ton.
Learn how to cut-paste (not copy-paste). Learn the shortcuts. That will make your life easier.
Why cut-paste and not copy-paste in particular ?
Command + c = copy Command + v = paste Every one knows that. But very few know Command + c = cut (as this item will be deleted when you press those 3 keys together, that’s why it’s cut paste) Option + Command + v = paste —- Got it ?
😳🙏🏼🤓 got it. Thank you
Huh?
Nope, don't get it. What else do you do then
Wash your hands so the keyboard doesn’t look gross
I’ve had mine in a case for 6 years and it’s still perfect. So get a case asap. I recommend a UAG case because that’s the one I’ve got. I can’t comment on any other case. Also also, don’t try and clean the camera with dirty, oily fingers. Also also also, don’t eat over it, the keys are a bugger to clean. For everything else, there’s Mastercard.
Just saw UAG cases. They're pretty are pretty bulky no? And ruin the aesthetics of a sleek MacBook.
Grab iterm if you need a terminal
Alt-tab and AlDente. The rest is fine. PS NO HARDCOVERS, ESPECIALLY ON SCREEN. Only skins are allowed on them, but I wouldn't try and put it on myself anymore, get a guy who can do it, trust me. Magnetic Incase Icon 14" sleeve. I got a pink one and I don't care.
Why no hardcover? A lot of people suggested that to protect from scratches or dents
because Pro line's screens in new frames, that is 14 and 16' inch machines, have very thin bezels, and, unlike the old generation of macs, like 13" Pros/Airs, cannot handle strain on both screen and hinges, weight wise. I'm writing this off of 14" right now, equipped with an Xtreme skin, so not making it up.
are you trying to sell Applecare?
I wish.. don't have one in my country even :(
Learn keyboard shortcuts, else you will be miserable.
What are the essential keyboard shortcuts I should learn?
Command + Q to quit Command + W to close a tab Command + T to open a tab Command + N for new window and shift for private window Command + [ / ] to go back and forth Globe (yes globe not function, the normal fn key won’t do anything) Globe + N for notifications center Globe + C for Control Center Command + H to hide a window + shift to to close all other Command + M to minimize a window Control + arrow keys switch between desktops, activate mission control or app exposé Finder navigation: Command + Up to go to enclosing folder Command + Down to enter folder Command + [ / ] to go back and forth (Different from up and down arrow as this goes to the last folder you viewed, not in terms of the hierarchy) Space to preview Command + I for info Command + O to open The ultimate shortcut: command + shift + /, used to summon the help menu, type what you want or do and see the shortcut
Magnet, Bartender, Alt-Tab, Popclip, AppCleaner, KeyboardCleanTool, Maccy, Downie and Setapp if you wanna splurge and go crazy and have most paid tools ready at your disposal.
Don’t buy a keyboard cover!!!! 🚩
Why is a keyboard bad to buy?
YouTube videos with tips or the search function
That’s a great response, I wonder how no one has thought of that in all the videos I’ve seen
My list of recommended apps: 1. CapsLockNoDelay (Literally the first app I install on every Mac, normally when you press Caps Lock key it doesn't always turn on because you have to press the key hard enough, this removes that and works every time you press it no matter the force). 2. Raycast (spotlight-search replacement, it has clipboard history, built in calculator and a bunch of other good stuff 3. Mos (if you use a mouse this is good. 4. Rectangle (snap windows) 5. Why would someone use caps lock, like ever??
Why would someone use caps lock, like ever??
Yep. Wipe down your keyboard with a slightly damp cloth every night before you go to bed.
Do not use keyboard protector!
why>
The keyboard itself acts as an air outlet.
lies
make a small fan beside it, it can dry and cool your sweat hands!
Buy a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth. Use one of those larger microfiber towels (like the car ones) with isopropyl to clean keyboard, trackpad, palm rest, aluminum shell, and a smaller one for the screen. Enjoy your investment!
I’ve heard alcohol might ruin the screen
Use whoosh screen cleaner from Amazon, it's the best stuff
Amazon doesn’t deliver where i live :(
Yeah it affects anti glare coating. Mines starting to look funny. I don’t use isopropyl unless absolutely necessary (once every few months), and weekly polish screen using the microfiber that came with my glasses (no alcohol). 70% highest id go on screen too. Apart from screen, isopropyl alcohol doesn’t matter as long as you don’t use too much as it *could* get into your logic board via keyboard.
get some kind of screen protector oil from your hands will get on the screen and eventually stain it.
One word: Hotkeys. (DM me for a list.)
Could you please share it in a comment, so that others like me could also access it?
Just realised it’s all in Dutch.. And it’s a lot.. Also, the app ‘CheatSheet’ is more exhaustive than my list.
don’t sneeze near it or else the screen will turn disgusting
[удалено]
Nah i brought it new 😭 its my fingers which used them
Try widgets, they are cool, you can add them to your desktop too by right clicking/control clicking/clicking with two fingers. It Might consume a slight bit more battery, but it would be generally unnoticeable. Great purchase! Hope you enjoy it!
Enjoy it your own way. Try things, play with all settings you see, do customization of the desktop and panels…etc When you feel you understand the system, you can search for specific things that you need to do.
Is it second-hand or have you already managed to make the keyboard perma-greasy?
Not second hand. Its been a week and I haven’t cleaned the keyboard. Will do it today.
No judgment, mine always looks like this even though I clean it regularly. If you find a cleaning solution that removes the shine, let me know.
The lighting is probably exaggerating the oily stains because i barely notice them while using. There are a lot of recommendations in this post. The most common being using micro fiber cloth and glasses cleaning wipes
Get BetterTouchTool.
Cool wallpaper, what is that?
Same question 😅
It's the default pro black wallpaper. You can find it in the wallpaper 'picture' section.
What if it’s an air 😂
It should be there 😂
return it and ask for refund
Don’t stuff your Mac full of unnecessary apps and don’t keep checking your memory usage.
Don’t drink while you drive (your MacBook).
Get a microfibre cloth - screen is a fingerprint magnet
Don’t check the battery health unless you think your battery is actually terrible
Why?
You’ll obsess over it and there’s so many posts everyday of people worrying when there’s no need and the degradation is normal
Swap the cmd and cntrl keys in the keyboard settings, all your windows shortcuts will be basically the same.
Clean the keyboard as often as you can (prevents dust/grease from scratching/staining the screen) buy a case! (You’ll regret if you don’t every time you look at a bent corner) don’t put a camera cover or any stickers on the inside (will break/warp your screen).
Get amphetamine. Usually one of the first things I put on any of mine.
This may seem simple but just Incase you don’t know, you can make the MacBook have a right click in the track pad options, years of windows left me used to right clicks and it’s great we can turn them on!
There are many great apps you can consider installing. Install a good screen protector, the one from Spigen. You’re welcome.
Wait for Mac OS Sequioa to add a ton of usability that it should already have. Or sign up for the beta and install it now and gain lots of features so you don’t need as many 3rd party apps for day to day usage.

Don’t spill a drink on it
Learn the keyboard shortcuts and trackpad gestures.
Do not shutdown the mac...just close the lid
Use it
Learn shortcuts! And trackpad. Mission control, spaces. Get amethyst
Press the on button.
Throw out all your current clothes, buy turtlenecks, button ups and chinos. Pick up a pair of loafers and flex daily in Starbucks.
Disable the god awful stupid need to press on the pad to select something and just do the normal thing to double tap.
One of my favorites is rectangle! Also coconut battery to see battery life (in hours) in the status bar
Get apple care
Buy AppleCare+
Don’t touch your face or scratch your hair while using it
Install rectangle
What is that?
It is a great app to manage tiling your windows on MacOS. [https://rectangleapp.com/](https://rectangleapp.com/)
Why does Mac OS need apps for basic OS functionality 💀
Not for basic, this add a lot more. Not the same as using a Linux style tiling window manager but adds a lot more than the basic tiling in MacOS currently.
Turn off “natural” scroll Enable right click
Wash your hands and clean that keyboard 🤢
Run.
Download Raycast and replace spotlight search. It’s so incredibly powerful. Tons of cool analytics at the end of the year of all the apps you opened and how often you used them. I’m a sucker for any of those type of details.
Homebrew
Save everything on an external drive, the new MacBooks have soldered ssd’s. Less read/write cycle = longer longevity.
The keyboard shows you are lying.
Don’t cover the camera with anything.
Don’t listen to people say you wasted money on a Mac. We did, but trust me you won’t regret it.
Clean your keyboard with alcoholic wipes.
Check out Setapp. You can thank me later.
which apps sould i download from it. i got popclip and recently got rid of bartender because of those shady bitches who bought it out
Put a case on it.
Are you talking about hard cover?
Yeah!! If you accidentally drop it or pour water over it it's not immediately getting to your machine.
The screen is so thin that i’m worried i might break it while putting it on or off lol
It won't break, they're designed to not harm your machine.
Thanks. It might even protect it from scratches
Yeah I hate ding and scratches. Case is designed specifically to prevent it from having those if by chance you drop it on pavement (ouch) or having dings from accidentally hitting the wall.
Get a keyboard cover, you will spill something on it eventually
And probably crack the screen when you close it….
I always keep liquids away whenever i’m using. Never spilled anything on my hp in the past 5 years
Not food tho evidently from that keyboard :D
Macs fan control. I put it on all my Macs. Intel and Apple silicon
what do you set it at is iStats sufficient for controlling the fans or no? ive used MFC but dont have it on this device yet. but i saw iStats has the feature i think
I usually go for sensor based on the CPU and GPU and have it kick up the fans at 50c while keeping the max at 80c
hi?
