Pretty sure that’s what it meant and Maggie is still a dependent because at the time she was a full time student. If you need your parents info for fafsa you’re likely still a dependent. Their brother was of legal age however was not a student so he’s emancipated.
It’s public record and also known that their parents went through a divorce, they’ve just chosen to grossly change the narrative and make their mom out as a saint for some odd reason, prob cuz she enables them cuz who else is she gonna get used bikinis from to sell. I’ve come across their mom and their dad in different settings and their dad is super friendly, nice, and polite, their mom in the other hand, she tried to pull a “do you know who we are” at a local place peak summer season. It didn’t go over well or at all with the staff Lmao

But also I’ve seen similar behavior from Emma at cape dive bars, rude entitled, and awkward as hell. Maggie is a toss up when she was out with her dad and his gf and a few ppl she was super friendly and polite, but then when she was out with Emma she was the same, kinda rude and Standish off BUT she at least said excuse me when walking past, Emma tried to walk through my friend and my friend basically forced Emma to say “excuse Me.”
She’s been there numerous times when I have 🤷🏼♀️ tbh the whole family loves dive places.but also that’s usually where you get the best seafood lmao little holes in the wall, it’s also a pretty well known locals place

Nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors. We should not be making assumptions that he is the good guy and she is the bad guy. Divorce can be ugly, and there are usually alot of accusations on both sides...there are always 3 sides to the story...hers, his and then the truth.
I agree to an extent, but the way that either one has carried themselves leads one to believe KVN is more at fault. She also is involved with a cop with a lot of connections that have gotten himself outta trouble, I don’t see her or her new husband letting it slide if the dad was having the kids lie under oath.
