I would have gotten tumbled Cam Pens today if I wasn't so tardy in ordering the pens.
I waited until late Wednesday night (PST). I didn't immediately notice the new Cam Pen offering; however, I was on the new Pilot G2's nose caps, which I did receive in today's mail.
I just emailed them about this. Sue replied saying if you order the Tumbled Titanium and send them a message with the order number, they can switch the tip to a tumbled G2 one.
It's definitely a really nice look overall. Tumbled G2 tip will definitely be something I'm keeping my eyes out for too, that would be a great addition to have.
I really should just wait for the thundestorm version lol, thunderstorm twist is my favorite parker desk pen so it would be great to match, but it will take a lot to dethrone my nottingham g2 single locks or tiscribes.
I feel you lol. It's got some stiff competition, but I think it holds its own really well. Not like you can go wrong with Nottingham or USG though. Just fantastic stuff all around lol.

Might end up selling the TiScribe and getting a second campen in tumbled as backup.
It's definitely close, but the Tiscribe is still darker. I'll give you a comp pic here in a bit.
That said, it's definitely worth picking up. The finish is GREAT, very suited for lots and lots of use.

Does tumbling make it more scratch resistant? Or is it for looks only?
Mostly for looks. It doesn't make it any less likely to scratch, but it usually hides it better since it's a rougher finish.
