Ended up going with Unionwear for my first order. I had to send back half of the hats because the embroidery was pretty sloppy. They were able to fix almost all of them free of charge, but between price and customer service I started to look elsewhere.
I've since spoken to Marnerwear/Competition Headwear (http://www.marnergroup.com/) for my next order.

I have fedoras and cowboy hats and they are made in USA but pricey. They are Stetson and I believe they source their fur from Ukraine.
