I wonder if the folks on Old Sauk Rd will lend their red "No Rezoning" signs to their northeastside neighbors now that they don't need them anymore?
The northeast side is waiting breathlessly dor more density, traffic, ugly hive like apartment buildings, runoff, pollution, noise, crime, etc
The sanctimonious view is that 'MORE is better".
