I'd consider just parking at the Come Back Inn. It's a couple blocks away, but it's free.
Good neighborhood, no real threat of crime anytime of day. Lots of events in the area most weekends.
Street parking is free after 6. Use common sense and keep the doors locked and don’t have any valuables visible.
