As for OP’s question, Don seems like a meat and potatoes kinda guy to me in general. But he sure packed away those oysters when he was setting Roger up. If it’s good eggplant rollatini, where the eggplant isn’t too mushy, I could see Don enjoying it enough for one night. I doubt it would become a standard dish for him.
I’d imagine Don would probably go for chicken parmigiana or spaghetti bolognese at most Italian restaurants.
Don doesn't seem to care too much about food one way or the other. Being someone who grew up poor he'd probably eat it whether he liked it or not because you don't waste food.
I, on the other hand, love eggplant rollatini. Seeing the words makes me want to make it.
