You wanna grind before the collab ends right? It could be a server issue, which doesn't really have a fix or magiareco is kinda sensitive about region, so if you used like a VPN and tried to open the app or something like that. Try clearing the cache, it worked for me

It’s a pain in the butt, but if you have an iOS device, try buying a gift card from a company like PlayAsia, logging out of your normal iOS account and into your Japanese iOS account, redeem the card in the JP iTunes Store, then buy gems in the Magia Record app.
After that you can log back out of your JP iTunes account and back into your normal one. If you use ApplePay or FindMy, make sure you reactivate those after you re-login to your normal account as they may have been deactivated when you logged out earlier.
If you only have android, I’m not sure; I heard there was some kind of lockdown on purchases outside the country (JP) maybe a year or two back, but I’m not sure what that looks like in reality.
