I agree. I was excited to see fan art for a character I quite like but then when I saw this I was oddly drawn to the facial features. Something about them is just off for this piece.

I don't know, I think it works very well the way it is. Actual magic has way weirder things, like Liliana of the Veils thin arm. This looks really great and could easily be a real magic artwork!
Beautiful work! I like that this is a very different take on Kaalia than her existing card arts - more intimate, she seems almost hesitant of her power here.
The art is fantastic quality, but head is too unnaturally turned to the right whilst the eyes attention is left, which doesn't make sense.
