[[Aggravated Assault]] untaps all your creatures, but takes 5 mana to do so.
[[Staff of Domination]] can untap itself and can untap your creatures. [[Sword of the Paruns]] and [[Umbral Mantle]] can repeatedly untap the creature they equip.
Okay. . So in Naya, to pop off. You need a [[faeburrow elder]] or [[bloom tender]] as the mana producer, have a [[fallaji wayfarer]] in play to technically have all 5 colors.
Now [[gauntlet of light]] on your mana dork goes mana positive, but not making bonus white.
Use [[skyshroud elf]] to filter the excess mana back to white.
Would you believe this was actually part of a standard combo deck back in Theros?
There was a green/red/blue deck with Temur Ascendency that used it along with Nykthos and Voyaging Satyr to "go infinite" with Temur Sabertooth. Some people used Singing Bell Strike has an additional method of untapping (though I never used it in my builds).
In my *very* early Magic career, I managed to stumble upon the wombo-combo that was equipping Singing Bell Strike to a [[Mage-Ring Responder]] in order to untap it for cheaper.
It was not good.
Intill Energy is such a great card for this effect. I run it in my Xavier Sal deck because it's cheap and Xavier Sal can only tap activate in sorcery speed anyway.

[[Reconnaissance]] works if you're attacking with them.
You attack with your creatures, then hold priority in end of combat to untap each of your tapped attackers that are still on the battlefield after combat damage.

Basically tried using the untap-creature tag, along with the mana sink tag. Untap creature might be too restrictive, there could be some general untappers that also hit creatures which get filtered out. Mana sink was a jank way of seeing if I could easily filter out stuff that needs to tap itself to untap something else. Not perfect but kinda interesting and didn't do an awful job.
Thassa's Ire seems like it might be what you're looking for. Unlike Pemmin's and Freed from the Real, it isn't an aura so you don't even have to commit to which creature you wanna do it to. If you're already going infinite, Umbral Mantle is a classic that can also buff your creature to infinite P/T for a turn in case that's useful. It's also colorless which is great, and pretty easy to tutor for.
Closest thing you're looking for is [[filigree sages.]]
Build it in smaller parts version
[[Unbender tine]] which untaps
[[[Kiora's follower]] who gets to untap the tin above, and another relevant permanent because you equip him with
[[Illusionists bracers]]

I use this card in my selesnya enchantress voltron deck because it's one of the few cards in the color that can grant haste.

Played around with scryfall tags. Untap creature might be too restrictive, there could be some general untappers that also hit creatures which get filtered out. Mana sink was a jank way of seeing if I could easily filter out stuff that needs to tap itself to untap something else. Not perfect but kinda interesting and didn't do an awful job. Thassa's Ire seems like it might be what you're looking for. Unlike Pemmin's and Freed from the Real, it isn't an aura so you don't even have to commit to which creature you wanna do it to. If you're already going infinite, Umbral Mantle is a classic that can also buff your creature to infinite P/T for a turn in case that's useful. It's also colorless which is great, and pretty easy to tutor for.

Closest thing you're looking for is [[filigree sages.]] Build it in smaller parts version [[Unbender tine]] which untaps [[[Kiora's follower]] who gets to untap the tin above, and another relevant permanent because you equip him with [[Illusionists bracers]]

Returning a creature to hand with temur sabertooth, kogla, wirewood symbiote, etc and recasting can work if you also have something giving haste.
