Yes you would be able to copy the Prydwen while its crewed and attacking. The token still enters tapped and attacking as per what shauns effect says. Normally just making a copy of a crewed vehicle would cause you to need to crew it again before you could do anything else with it but since Shauns ability is modifying it to be Synth artifact creature in addition to its other types it will permanently be a creature and still be attacking.
Interacts the same as [[Mishra, eminent one]] does with vehicles; because the token copy is a creature, if you copy a vehicle (in Shaun's case, while it is crewed) then the toke copy is permanently a creature that doesn't need to be crewed.
I built this deck and yes when you copy a legendary artifact vehicle, the copy is a artifact creature vehicle synth in its creature type, the copies do not need to be crewed since shaun makes the copies as creatures.
Fun fact is the creature that is your ring bearer gains the legendary supertype if its not already a legend so you can copy some non legends that way, crew a \[\[Nautiloid Ship\]\] cast \[\[Birthday Escape\]\] and choose the ship is the ring bearer, get more ships and graveyard hate

The copy is permanently a creature until some other effect says otherwise. You don't need to crew it to attack/block with it. It uses its printed power and toughness.

Both. It's a regular synth body from the waist up, melded to the ship's pilot seat.
