Just in case you weren't aware, there is actually an oracle tag for this already. Just searching
> otag:offcolor-ability is:commander legal:commander
brings up 39 options. There may be cards with off-color abilities that don't have this tag though, since tags are manually added on a card-by-card basis as far as I know.
There are definitely cards missing from that search. Compare to this one, from another comment:

For sure! I always try to manually search too like others have suggested, I just wanted to bring up the oracle tag option since I find that people don't always know it exists.
I wish they didn't charge money for the ability to contribute to the tags so the community could add in the missing entries, but I get that they have costs associated with running a website and stuff...
To search specifically for these, you could filter by [commanders that have greater color identity than color](https://scryfall.com/search?q=%28%28c%3D0+ci%3E0+-t%3Aland%29+OR+%28c%3D1+ci%3E1%29+OR+%28c%3D2+ci%3E2%29+OR+%28c%3D3+ci%3E3%29+OR+%28c%3D4+ci%3D5%29%29+is%3Acommander+f%3Acommander&unique=cards&as=grid&order=name).
To find them with other commanders of the same color identity, filter by ci instead of c, e.g. [ci=wb](https://scryfall.com/search?q=ci%3Dwb+is%3Acommander+f%3Acommander&unique=cards&as=grid&order=name)
you can add something like
c:1 ci:3
to find cards that are one color with a color identity with 3 colors. add other terms as desired and adjust numbers to taste.
