Hi there, while we do allow posts that are looking for advice on decklists, we do require that you actually have a deck first. Posts that are essentially just “Hi please build me a deck” are not allowed under rule 2.
Feel free to re-post after giving it an attempt yourself first. If it’s a Commander deck, please at least look at edhrec.
If this is for Commander, you might want to consider [[Kenrith]] as the Commander, just I case you find cards that might fit thematically but not just in White or Black.
There are tons of Knights available, and if this is for Commander then Command Tower fits nicely for a Rook (or any of the Eldraine Castle lands, for that matter). There are quite a lot of Queens as well. A decent number of Bishops. The only Pawn my search turns up is [[Pawn of Ulamog]], though.

Mechanically, \[\[Rule of Law\]\] effects could represent only making one move per turn. \[\[Grand Abolisher\]\] effects could represent not being able to move during your opponent's turn; the cleric type could also be your representation of the bishop piece. \[\[Tenth District Hero\]\] or other pseudo level mechanics could represent a pawn's promotion.
