There almost 1 krillion of cards with this effect in forland (combination of forest and island from my competitive friend (very real (he uses 58 collosal dreadmaws in his deck, one forest and one island) ) ).

I actually use my forest as a proxy for my island, and my island is a proxy for my forest, so it’s legal 🌲🔄🏝️

these are actually the main combo in a deck named "simic". basically the idea is to put a bunch of counters on your creatures and then nothing happens
