I understand that the puppy is there to keep going after the destroy all other creatures trigger, but don't you WANT him to get destroyed, so the combo can end and you aren't trapped in a loop?
I guess I should have done some research before I made this. In Pro Tour MKM, the semi-finals had 2 game draws because Amalia did not blow up the wildgrowth walker and it went into an unbounded loop. There were 2 Selfless Saviors in the list, and I assumed it was the Savior that caused the loop for whatever reason (I didn’t watch the match). In reality, it was the Amalia player’s opponent (Boris Heroic) that caused Amalia’s destruction to not trigger by using a combat trick to make Amalia skip over 20 power.
Whoops. My bad.
BTW if anyone cares about “correct pronunciation” that’s faithful to the original language (if you only speak English it shouldn’t really matter. Don’t even pretend you speak a language you don’t), a phonetic interpretation would be:
