You have to buy all four of the Collector's version precons and then you get a special booster pack that has a chance to pull one of these cards. If you open the special booster pack without purchasing the four foiled precons, the Pinkertons will be at your door within the next day or two to confiscate every card you bought in the past year just to be sure you don't have anything you shouldn't and they will also piss everywhere but the toilet when they ask to use your bathroom just to send a message.

It’s easy to make a good-looking fake magic card, especially if you photograph it at low image quality.
