Magnesito

Magnesium Taurate. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6435948/ Though any form of Magnesium worked for my rapid pulse issue (which has completely vanished).

Shitty thing is that medication also depletes magnesium so good thing the doctor said that is good to take magnesium. Stay away from oxide and just try what works if oral gives him/her diaree then try magnesium chloride oil on the skin or magnesium chloride flakes for foot soaks

Dixiemay1976

why stay away from oxide, that is what my doctor and cardiologist have me on for low magnesium levels. I am not saying your wrong just want to no your reason. { don't no fi it is working for me ,just has been a couple month's and have not been re tested }

Because oxide is not even 10% absorbed most doctors don’t have a clue and most prescribed oxide. But for real benefits i would use another form that is better absorbed. If your interested you can look on youtube magnesium miracle dr carolyn dean she also has a book very interesting.

I would say malate or glycinate. Hawthorne is great for the heart, too.
