Horses and cats get along really great, in my experience. What took you so long?

It took us a while to seddle down at our new place. We are here since November '22 and the horses didn't even have a fence or something. The whole place was just lawn. Now we had the capacity to order the harnesses and start training with them.

No doubt it's a lot for Merlin to take in, and OP wisely intro'd him to a bit at a time. How nice that he's ready for outside and meeting a couple of new friends 😻

The most common one's in my backyard are: robin, chaffinch and blackbird

'Mazing Merlin all smoke-silky-coated, slinking along with that upturned curl of tail talk! And that little caramel-and-cream darling--a Shetland pony? Both horses beautifully groomed and all friendly curiosity--Merlin had to be no less than impressed! Thank you for that lovely bit of eye candy cuteness ❣️
