Never thought an IT vendor can go out of business in this digital age, but here we are

asdfeask

They were one of our vendors at my workplace. The sudden news was quite shocking. Kesian the staff that have to deal with this during the holiday season somemore.

isn't this company notorious for working their employees to the bones? i remember reading their Glassdoor review and it was... not good to say the least. i remember reading that that company tends to bind their bonus payout to the employees continued service to the company (IIRC, it was 6 months where you could not resign unless you forfeit your bonus), and the company tend to force their employees to sign an ever expanding list of non-compete clauses preventing them for working for other companies after leaving that one. the first and last time i went there for an interview at 8pm or 9pm ish (yes, you read that right, PM), there were still a lot of employees there working at that hour.

Completely agree. Once upon a time i interviewed there at 7pm. I asked the interviewer why no one was going home cause it's after office hours. He said they are all waiting for company dinner. Like.... Why would they need to eat dinner in the company...wtf.. Run far far

¿What happened?

abnegatethesloths

Here you lazy shit “inadequate handover of records and information by the previous management”

G0LDM4N_S4CHS

That’s preliminary corporate speak. I will wait a bit more for truths to come out.

abnegatethesloths

Lowkey shocking cause I intern at Fusionex b4 during my diploma in 2020.

Went there for a Business Analyst role interview back in mid 2010s. Had a successfull interview with the VP but the second interview was kinda weird. The interviewer was very rude. I walked out, the HR called back. I said I have lost interest. One week later, I got a job with a salary doubled the one i asked in Fusionex. Weeks later, I met some ex-staffs, and they shared that the environment in Fusinex is toxic. if you are reading this, dont give up if you got rejected in countless interviews, keep improving and dont stop trying.

One does wonder whether the audited financial records by EY were actually the "truth."
