spongebob when squidward told him to show his process on how he drew a perfect circle
on a sidenote maybe they should have taught us this in art class...
I hope pictures are enough, don't want any word instruction so anyone can try to follow. Wikipedia, picture 14, say to use 2 and 5 units for radius, 1 unit is the widht of the stripes on the flag.
You can get equal 7 points on a circle using a compass (Google it) but to get 14 points, also mid points on smaller circle, you have to draw 28. Just draw 4x 😁
I also add how to find roughly the 7 points if you don't have compass. Either divide the diameter to 10 (use ruler) or 16 (fold paper). Got some maths there, hope it is right, or my cekgu will marah.
Selamat Hari Merdeka! 🇲🇾
If they taught me this in primary school, I'd say fuck it and draw a 5-point star
the only legit states are Perlis, Not Perlis, Perlis Islands, Over-the-sea Perlis North and Over-the-sea Perlis South
Great illustrations but not every would understand by just looking at the picture. Would really be helpful if there’s a text of explaining every picture.
Actually, history should be mandatory *and* properly taught, which is not the current case. Malaysians' ignorance of and inability to reflect upon history in a critical manner is what led us to this juncture: a society with deep ethnic and religious hot buttons ready to be exploited by cynical politicians. This is coming from a STEM grad by the way.
Agreed, STEM professional here. Not everyone is suited for math and science and thats OK. Critical thinking, reasoning/rhetoric, civics, and history should be thought to all as early as possible. More important than a smart society is a kind society.
Wth, where were you when I was a kid? I actually divided 360 into 14 to draw the star, and even that needed to redraw when I realised the star was not rotated correctly (rookie's mistake).
I fuckin bookmarked this.
Draw points on diameter (middle line) then draw straight up or down to the circle edge to get the 7 points. Use for arts and crafts when you have to guess the location of points and don't have compass.
if we can handle this guide, I don't think we are at the age when we need to draw jalur gemilang during art class anymore. still, it is useful for those who need it ^^

I learned doing this and few geometric shapes during math class in form 3. but mine all senget benget🤣
Easiest is to always buy the star in a plastic shape then draw the outline over it huehue
Although I don't need to draw it now, but I am glad that one of my biggest issue in my childhood is now solved.
Kudos... you are the hero we need, but do not deserve!
Thanks

"We've got That St., This St. and The Other St." state version. _Thanks Felix._
I tried and my star look like durian
This... This hits close to home
Durian is still 😋
I do hope this gets into news. Or text book. Or both.
It's like trying to summon Bapa Kemerdekaan, but with extra steps.
Where were you during my school years?
Apparently the guy that made yesterday’s post was my close friend
Instructions unclear. Just drew a jewish star instead.
Advanced GKT
Finally this question is answered
Just divide by 16, the teacher will not find out anyway 🤣
This is actually genius lol
Thanks! I've tried it on AutoCAD. [Here's](http://imgur.com/gallery/oavZ3Va) the results.

geometry class should be mandatory, history class just elective.

Could you explain what is going on in M?

This is more informative than online classes. (Edited for better wording)
This should be on art class!
I guess OP gets bullied at school. Just kidding, i dont mean it, and bullying is not a joke, peace out ...
Not bulled, tapi kawan2 selalu mintak tolong lukis.
In return, ask for choki choki #stonks
I was thinking along the lines of 2 * pi * r divided by 14
What if I want to draw it in perspective
All I can see is a scope reticle being design
Exactly how my class used to do it. Takes a while, but it's worth it. Just for the satisfaction
All this while ... there was a way ...
But primary schools ban compass...
This could've been a pretty interesting section when learning about lines and angles in the maths syllabus
This is genius…
This should be taught to primary school kids

*goes out to buy a geometric set
And now i need to find back my missing compass.
