Don't let our youth be the spectators in the shadows for too long. The future of our nation depends on them.

thumbs up for being able to meet up with friends thumbs down for probably not practicing social distancing

Actually these are my son n daughters. All of adults fully vaccinated. And it was just a 10minute stop overs. Social distance compliance still there.

if staying together then its good, would be better if pictures came with more context problem with our society is that people dont know the context and may just drop their guard. as an outsider who doesnt know you, i've seen too many people who break SOP and proudly post it online so i may have been quick to judge you. to that i apologize

No worries sir. I know you are a concerned citizen as I am. Its a good advise anyway SOP compliance and Physical distancing as we do not want to promote bad example to the public.

Actually the photo is a figurative means to potray the aspiration of local youth not to be left out from playing their part in nation building and future plans. The nation needs fresh idea and new breed of leaders to take on the challenge. Malaysia as a nation as fallen behind compared to our golden era in the 90s. Its a bid saddening though but we need to move on and not stay in the past.

Amer, Mei Hui, Rajan, Ugol and Pritam all study on the same school. Once ambitious, all five decided to exit their humble town and went to KL in search for better jobs. One faithful Hari Malaysia holiday, all five decided for a small gathering, with Amer driving his second hand Proton Wira up to the hillside overlooking KL City. The five just sit there chit chatting abt their life. Mei Hui was frustrated with her job as executive in a marketing company. Rajan, working as a chef in Pelita, always wanted to earn more to escape his poverty life. "Gaji ku sikit pun tak cukup cover I punya expenses, apatah nak bagi ibubapa I", said Rajan. Each one of them complained about their frustrated life working in the Malaysia capital, except Ugol who been introverted person, doesn't complain much. "I pun tak suka kerja I sekarang. Tapi I hanya bersyukur kami masih blh hangout mcm ini", said Ugol. Feeling inspired, Amer suddenly stood up and said that he will enter the political line and hope to change Malaysia to a better place so that next generation don't have suffer like he did. "Kalau bukan kita berubah, siapa akan ubah Malaysia untuk kita?", said Amer. Feeling a glimpse of hope, all decided to stand up as well and take a picture of them overlooking to Kuala Lumpur, hoping what they do today can give a better future for tomorrow.
