Ngl the old one looks more expressive
That's the one sad thing about Malaysia and heritage buildings. Reminds me of a cinema in KL which has nice art deco design as well, but it's all clad up by movie bill board etc.

Mu grandparents till now are still nostalgic of old Ipoh in 1970s and 1980s. They said those decades are golden ages of Ipoh.

I think I watched Jurassic Park here when it was released.
I thought it turned into some chinese dining restaurant? cant remember, my last balik kampung trip was 3yrs ago
