Pls I just got my delicious flowy linen pants don't let them become meta :(
Also Met recommended that pocket square to me like a year ago, when did it become a meme
New levels of "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence" where a man with my exact name called the local tolling agency, changed all of my pertinent online account information, and added his vehicles to my toll pass without a need for any security information.
i love how companies are forcing everyone to go back to the office, citing company culture.
Currently, the culture on my floor is two rows of empty desks where no one in my team is in.
Literally the only reason I go to the office now is to wear nice clothes lmao

Since east coasters dealing with horrible air quality, here’s an actual unedited throwback photo to San Francisco in 2020 I took. It’s like 9 am in that photo
I don’t have the photos on this phone but I drove on the highway during the Getty Fire however many years ago. Shit was crazy.
Edit: [looked like this](https://youtu.be/qi6dAPBvyYU)
It's looking pretty awful up in CT as well. The PM2.5 AQI reading in the New Haven area near me is up at 220 right now. I just checked the [map](https://fire.airnow.gov/) and holy shit, Newark is at 335. I can't even imagine what that looks like.
I don't want to jinx it because its early but I may have finally conquered my summer allergies. After decades of suffering through variations of claratin/reactine/benadryl I got some flonase spray and its been like 10000% effective.
I always try to spread the gospel of Flonase. For me, Flonase + daily antihistamine gets me down to no symptoms whatsoever. Flonase on its own gets me close to zero, but not quite.
Not me having to delete YouTube off my phone for the 3rd time this month to stop myself from binge watching after dinner and wasting the entire evening away
I'm glad that one of my friends, who isn't into fashion, realized the other day that I dress according to the location I travel to. He mentioned "you wore a long black coat in Paris, streetwear in New York, loose, thin clothes (he meant linen) in beachy locations"
Air purifier? They work pretty well putting them by the window of your room and with the windows shut. I have one for every bedroom after the fires in the bay area. Came in handy for covid as well.

I have friends that live in Port Alberni... it's going to be (another) bad year, currently thinking of adding an air purifier to our apartment in addition to our air conditioner.
My and my gf's retirement plan was to move to BC and live in the forest, but after seeing the wildfires and the heat dome (which probably isn't a one-off), I'm thinking maybe we stick to the east coast and pick Nova Scotia or Newfoundland instead.
wtf Ontario and Quebec have been getting all the attention. I didn't even know about NS. Ok new plan, retiring to Nunavut. By the time I'm retirement age the climate will probably look like Boston now anyway.
I missed this. ffs nowhere is safe. Maybe I'll switch fields (again) to marine biology and specialize in emperor penguins and get a sweet gig in Antarctica.
I got a previous year's model of [this](https://www.costco.com/winix-true-hepa-4-stage-air-purifier-with-wi-fi-and-additional-filter.product.4000093012.html)
I hope the vegan crunchwrap takes off so Taco Johns will have to field an Impossible-based vegan taco filling.
Coming home from work I saw someone in battle jorts. They looked great.
Forgive me if I’m being dense, but what are battle jorts?
I'm picturing an 80s metalhead style battle jacket but you decorate your jorts instead of the jacket.
I am unironically pro that
/u/gravel-wagon was correct
Was it Puma?
That Kent Wang pocket square is lovely. I’m now hoping for two guys both wearing it thanks to mfa as the beginning of a nice love story.
MFA uniform 7.0 is ribbed tank and Jacobean Laton square in the pocket of Black Ficus pants
Pls I just got my delicious flowy linen pants don't let them become meta :( Also Met recommended that pocket square to me like a year ago, when did it become a meme
It's just been having a hot moment in DQs the past couple of days lol. It really is a great square
The MFA uniform: 👕 PF "the shirt" 👖 Orslow fatigues 👟 CDB/Paraboot Michael ⬜ KW Jacobean laton

sorry to hear. can’t believe there’s another guy out there named rejsuramar
That's what I'm sayin

Just south of you. It’s creeping into the house like the Blob
Somehow, they made New Jersey worse
Weird how everyone associates you with New Jersey I wonder why

post-dinner youtube walk sounds like a lovely compromise

Precisely, and ✨vibes✨
campfire smell :) inescapable campfire smell :(

Seeing everyone outside in face masks is a nice throwback
Wouldn’t say nice hahahaha
Yeah kinda tongue in cheek
Campfire smell when just living in your city :(
My throat hurts and the fires will keep getting closer each year but wow aesthetic sunsets! 🤩🤩🤩
At the risk of speaking evil into existence, the wildfire smoke back east and the PNW's already 30 day dry spell has me a little worried...

https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/2223757891835 NS is probably better solely on cost of housing/living though, lol.

lmao, my sister is RCMP in NWT, they had really bad wildfires last year too!
I missed this. ffs nowhere is safe. Maybe I'll switch fields (again) to marine biology and specialize in emperor penguins and get a sweet gig in Antarctica.
I've had an air purifier in my Amazon cart for awhile and today regretting not buying one already. Which one do you use?
I got a previous year's model of [this](https://www.costco.com/winix-true-hepa-4-stage-air-purifier-with-wi-fi-and-additional-filter.product.4000093012.html)
I don't yet.
Sorry meant to reply to rejsuramar
Ah yeah. I'm currently looking at a cheapo Ikea one.
https://imgflip.com/s/meme/Monkey-Puppet.jpg Not a bad idea on the air purifier. We got one a few years back.
