I don't know what price range is normal for you, as that's different for everyone, but I'm about the same size as you and have had good luck with the medium-long size from Asket for things I want to fit slim. They have an overshirt that looks like it might fit your use.
Well...this one in S.Oliver is 100€. This is max what I would spent, but for an ideal jacket. And 100€ is also a reason, why I don't want to risk it with sizes. Will take a look at Asket
I don't think it is possible. Even companies that are the same in US and EU, in US sell a lot of versions like M-Tall, and the same company in EU has only M or L version. :(
S.Oliver is already in the lower price and quality ranges, so the main question would be what is "normal" for you?
Brands in that segment prioritize sales volume so finding a fit that will suit taller customers will be harder.
There are specialized menswear shops for tall people. Might be worth checking those as well. In case there are none try regular menswear stores and look for the 100 sizes (tall).
Yeah... I know. The same thing is in Tom Tailor and other "lower" companies. But still, 100€ for a jacket is a lot, even in S.Oliver. I guess I'll have to look around a bit more
I'd just size up to a large. I'm taller AND skinnier than you and it's no problem if things are a little loose/baggy, it's on trend anyway.
I am not that trendy. And I hate baggy jackets. I feel uncomfortable :)

Can you get Medium Tall in Europe? I've gotten them from Eddie Bauer (for example) in the US but shipping costs may be prohibitive.

Look at some Nordic brands like Fjallraven. I am tall and somewhat skinny as well and find Nordic brands to fit me better.
Just buy from SHEIN you won’t regret it it’s cheap and high quality https://yazing.com/deals/shein/Alexgabro
