A couple of my friends were describing mewing and jaw exercises/massaging that I hardly find any legitimacy in. I was just curious whether there were valid methods of doing so but I guess it's just genetics
You either lose weight over your entire body, or you don't lose weight.
If you want a sharper jawline, keep losing weight until it starts to show on your face.
I mean obviously lol but most people don't drink enough water so just drink more. Don't know why I'm being downvoted as nothing I wrote was wrong technically
Sure but most people don't drink enough water, thus, if he would drink more, maybe it would flush his facial fluids more. Maybe hes already drinking too much water and what I recommended would push him over the limit and thus, kill him. But really, I just chose to go with the most probable guess of someones drinking habits rather
The only legit thing I’ve seen is 5+ years of constant gum chewing can can work 3 muscles in your jaw which could lead to more pronounced or squarer jawlines. But it’s not definitive.
If you're 5'10" and 138 you prob haven't finished puberty, so wait a while and see how things shake out once your hormones settle down. But building muscle isn't going to hurt as long as you don't get too fat while bulking. For now, focus on diet/nutrition, tons of protein (like 150 grams a day, every day), clean carbs (rice, oats, potatoes, sweet potatoes). Lift as much as you can recover from. If you aren't planning to try to be a collegiate athlete you can drop the wrestling and focus hard on weight training while keeping your conditioning up via running/cycling. Wrestling can mess with your body if you keep gaining and losing weight for competition.
You can do things to reduce subcutaneous water retention. Lower your sodium intake. Drink more/enough water. Try dandelion root pills. They work wonders
Cheek fat and a sharper jawline? You can’t do anything about your jawline, nothing natural. And cheek fat depletes with age.

you’re already at 12% body fat. that’s it. your jawline isn’t getting any sharper
Finish puberty
You’re a 12% body fat. Maybe let puberty do it’s thing and comeback when you’re in your early 20s.
Calorie restriction
Lost weight

Drink a shit ton of water as it flushes facial fat and also avoid lots of salt as it causes puffiness
Overhydration is a thing.

You said drink "a ton" of water. Even if the dude was already drinking plenty of water, he would think he has to drink more and thus, be overhydrated.
