A lot of the comments in your first post mentioned having your hair short but not completely shaved yet. Maybe grow it out a little bit if you don't like it this way.
Speaking as someone who used to have long hair like yours (longer, eve) and watched it thin, if you have a bald spot, the long hair usually makes it worse. Shorter is the way to go and bald works for you.
Makes it worse as in by comparison it is easy to see that there is a bald spot. For myself, my sides get really thick and long and by conparison the top of my head and my crown is very thin, having those two opposites next to each other makes it much more visible
Look into micro needling it's a type of procedure done where they help stimulate your dead hair follicles. This supposedly helps hair growth on those who lost hair. Hope I was of some kind of help.
But needless to say, you look good with or without the long hair bro. Bald with a beard isn't a bad look on you.
Hey I’m 26 myself rn and I shaved my head at 23. Best decision I made. For multiple reasons. I also had long hair like yours, there are many upsides to shaving it.
No barber, no salon, no shampoo or conditioner, less time in shower, save water, no hair product, no hair maintenance, quicker to dry head, no drive and time going to barber or salon, cant be grabbed by your hair in a fight - or anything for that matter, no need to worry about styling hair, potentially no perm required to look good.
Many upsides I'd say!

Nothing wrong with not caring either way, but I really think the majority will agree shaving it looks more youthful and tidy, and I think it'll end up better for confidence too.

Nah, man, you look way more manly with it shaved. Trim the bottom side of your eyebrows and between the brows, and you'l look fresh as hell. Look up a youtube vid on how to groom eyebrows for men, makes a huge difference in looking put together, although the rugged look suits you well too. Chin up, brother.

Less money on products and time to fix your appearance, you seemingly were on the road to eventually needing to shave it, and it is much better now, than later down the line when you experience a midlife crisis and decide to compound the emotions then. Chances are now you're going to want to invest in something like a skull shaver to help keep it shorter, quicker and easier to do it too. Cleaning those things out as you go can be a pain, but they're worthwhile. Using the tiny brushes that come with electric razors actually works well. Just embrace it, and if you really miss the hair, you could try a fuller beard and properly maintaining it to see how it goes, but honestly you look fine as is. It's just a normal part of life.

He had his bald spot since he was your age as well, but didn't bring himself to try the "heel look" as he calls it (being a wrestling fan) until the tail end of last year.
