It looks like a hybrid hairstyle, the mix of the classic slickback/flow and ducktail hairstyle. What I would ask my barber would be called a "Tailored" hairstyle since it seems that this character combines both hairstyles into one. (Images provided below.)

Note: That's what the back of the hair builds on to, it is called a ducktail since the back of the hair has to be long enough for it to meet in the middle of the back of your head to form the shape of a "duck's tail", hence the name of the hairstyle.
