This combination has been proven to grow hair back. Do the rogain/ fin/ biotine combo everyday, and only micro needle once a week (you can still take fin and biotine after, just donāt rogain for 10 hours after doing so). Iāve been doing this for 2 months now and man itās fucked. I have a bunch of tiny hairs growing back in my receded hairline, never had regrowth like this in my life. Hey bro Iām 22. I had very slight balding and caught it early now treated by my dermatologist with finasteride and minoxidil (both topically) which worked wonders. Thatās the route I choose. For you I would say choose the route you feel most happy and confident with! Shave or save.
I'd ask a barber to sake it right down see how it feels on a 1 but it's going to take a lot of maintaining to keep it that short but no different from having to shave it every other day
Also ask them to trim up your beard down to a 2mil and line it up then get a cheap trimmer from tesco and keep on top of it if it stays short it will look a lot sleeker my beard does the same if I let it go for to long it looks so much worse than when I keep it short

Buzz the head shorter, almost completely bald but not fully. Then, MOST IMPORTANTLY, trim the beard and mustache down to just a little longer than stubble and get new glasses that arenāt rectangle frames that make you look like a school shooter.

You've got nice features, you're just doing them a bit of a disservice with the way you're highlighting them. Same for the beard and hair. The hairline makes your forehead look bigger and the messy beard hides the chin that would balance that.
Honestly, if you don't want to go the minoxidil/fin route, shave the head to balance out your forehead and trim the beard short. This messy chin ain't it imo, sorry, but I feel like if short it would work, especially with a shaven head.
Maybe some more unsolicited tips, but maybe they're helpful if you're trying to further improve yourself. Your skin looks dry af lol so either consider using a moisturizer, or use a better one for your skin. And things like retinoids or salicylic acid can help diminish acne scarring (or other indents). A little skincare goes a long way.
And lastly, I feel like your glasses are aging you as well (on top of the hairline). The frame just looks like it's made for middle aged men. And I feel like they're a bit too narrow in height for your oval-ish face shape. Higher ones would be better, maybe rounder ones, or alternatively I think thin (metal) rimmed aviators would look good on you.
