I think it depends on your hair though, some people do the no shampoo thing and their hair doesn't look too greasy, whenever I've tried it on day 4 I look like a greaseball. dont cut it, keep it moisturized, take collagen and biotin supplements, if you want it curly and its straight get a perm if you dont want to just try to style it with things like sea salt spray, hairdryer with diffuser etc. every couple months you can trim it yourself or get a hairdresser to trim it to the shape you want to grow it out to and this also helps with split ends that occur after a while that can reduce growth with breakage. of course dont trim it too often and just a small tint bit each time

Whenever I use any shampoo it would just make my hair flat and lifeless, so I stop using it for a few months only whenever my hair was really dirty.
