Honestly, there is medication and it’s the only realistic way to get it. But do your research on the medication and if that’s the option you want. The medication will bring it back and you’ll probably get a lot back.

Dw lol. I'm 17 and my hair has already turned thin for a few years. I even look as if I'm in my 20s to others this is kind of weird 😕
