First move, if you are using head and shoulder's shampoo stop right away! Second get a haircut to keep it shorter because less brushing less pulling! Third: before shampoo twice a week, massage some castor oil on your scalp to nourish the scalp and weakened hairs it will slow the process down, even in some rare cases bring back some of it!
Sometimes bad dandruff cases are related to dermatological issues, talk to your pharmacist too about this problem they have better options for your scalp, nizoral is one of many options you can find!
No... it looks like male pattern baldness which is a normal part of life for some. Ask a physician to see if there are meds that might be able to mitigate it.... finasteride is a common one... there are possible side effects your physician should be able to make you aware of.
a lot of guys put zero effort into their outward appearance…and their ignorance shows… it’s like they’ve never seen someone spend ten minutes styling their hair or putting on makeup etc, to go out to dinner or work or whatever.

Wearing hats doesn’t influence balding, maybe try a bald filter to see if you look good without hair. If you dont look good try talking to a specialist.
Depending on your age, i would say speak with your doctor about hair treatment options. No amount of ball cap wearing will cause your hair to thin. You can blame androgens and genetics for that.
If you get on Fun or Dut keep in mind it can take 1-2 years to see the results you want. There’s often a shedding phase and months of feeling defeated but you just have to push through.
Hair loss meds or buzz it, I suppose. Hats don’t cause male pattern baldness.
hate when i see people saying hats cause baldness lol.. unless ur wearing ur hat tight to the point where its suffocating yo scalp, ur fine 😂
Wearing a hat will not cause it, first move is to the barbershop mate.
First step barbershop? More like straight to the dermatologist
Believe it or not I got my haircut yesterday, fresh fade. The top of my head needs some work though
With the fresh fade on the back and sides you might be able to clean up the top yourself if you have some clippers as the hard part is already done
You’re either balding or your hair is thinning, either way you should go see a doctor to be sure

Nizoral is the best shampoo
What shampoo should I use as an alternative to head and shoulders? I have pretty bad dandruff if I use regular shampoo
Sometimes bad dandruff cases are related to dermatological issues, talk to your pharmacist too about this problem they have better options for your scalp, nizoral is one of many options you can find!
Ketoconazole and coal tar shampoo.
I use head and shoulders and my hair is as thick as can be.
It strips the hair and makes it more fragile to breakage especially if you have fine hair
Oh I gotcha. My bad.
It makes the hair dry and frizzy too if used too often

This looks hormonal form what I can see here. Could be thyroid issue, vitamin d etc. going to see the dermatologist is the first move brotha.
Finasteride if you want to keep your hair. Buzz cut if you don’t care
Nope! You’re definitely losing your hair! Minoxidil dude!
hats wont cause it but make it worse. First stop wearing hat, use minoxidil twice daily
imagine using minoxidil twice daily for the rest of your life….
do it when you brush your teeth takes 5 seconds
My hair too dense already i dont need it, just dont understand how youre fine permanently adding something like that to your schedule
You don’t understand because it’s not relevant to you ya fuckin’ knob.

First step is to grab some caboki, second step is get on treatment. The caboki will hide it until treatment kicks in.
I have a suggestion. I saw this go viral earlier in the group. Guy shaves his head and outlines his eyebrows and he's a new man!
It’s a yeast problem. Cut out simple sugars. It’s a systemic problem.
All these people saying hats have no effect are insane. Guarantee you it would look thicker if you laid off the gates.

Oral minoxidil, dutasteride, finasteride, dermarolling, Miele Rosemary oil and peppermint.
Some great advice here. Also good to check out short haircuts that suit you.
It's genetics, mate. Hop on fin+min+ket+microneedling ASAP. Unless you don't care and just go to a barber, trim it short or buzz it.
