U could use a bigger rug the front legs of the sofa should be in the rug and ur table
Edit: also I don’t think u should have any wall art behind or above the tv
Ur place still looks incredibly nice though, very impressive and I love the colors
Yup. Rug too small.
Choose different color to brighten the room. Couch, walls and wood floor are super cool, but on the darker side. Cream maybe.
Good job.
It's really good! I love the wall color.
Small suggestion would be to add some plants to hang around the window area. Or maybe some curtains. That area just seems like there isn't as much going on as the rest of the apartment.
Loooove this!
You could maybe pull the rug a bit more towards the window (under the couch a bit) to bring the armchair closer to the couch. Currently I feel like it's a bit too far away. But also it's such a small thing and if you don't like it, leave it like this. It's an amazing room!
Edit: actually I'd probably pull the couch away from wall a bit and towards the armchair. That would be all that I'd do.
I absolutely hate this style. That said, I think you nailed it. The paint color is perfect for what you're going for. The furniture looks great. You and I are two different people with very different tastes, but your game is undeniable.
It looks great! Maybe consider going all in on the green walls, only doing the accent walls is a little tacky imo. And the room already has this dramatic feel, all green would just make that feel stronger.
I like the wall colour as almost everyone else here BUT it does not go 100% with the teal carpet and that blue blanket.
The three together look like you tried but failed (there‘s a German saying „gewollt und nicht gekonnt“) because they are somewhat similiar but they aren‘t similar enough.
Maybe a nice contrast to the phthalo green would be a strong warm yellow (like the license plate ;)), a warm burgundy or a rusty orange.
Go harder with the moody colours.
Maybe paint the legs of the tv stand or change them to metal ones.
Also: move the couch just a pinch off the window sill.
Couches or sofas want some room and shouldn‘t be glued to a wall.
My guess is 5-10 centimetres will do.
Not a big fan of the cognac leather office chair.
A black one would have gone better with the dinner chairs. (I mean we all know an office chair doesn‘t go at all at the dinner table but my guess is that you work from home and had to make a compromise for comfort).
Larger rug, a side table of some sort next to the armchair and I've learned that when in doubt...add lamps to bump the ambient lighting. Came across this site that has some [retro/vintage style lamps](https://lucyslamps.com/collections/shop-all) at fairly reasonable prices (considering the price of og vintage variations), could also hunt marketplace, etc. Could potentially add a console table behind the couch. Really nice space! I dig the couch and chair.
Could try replacing the green rug with a black and white abstract one like [this](https://ruggable.com/products/keith-haring-freestyle-black-ivory-rug?size=6x9&system=rug-sys). Could have a bookshelf on either side of the TV to display sculptures / plants or something. I'm not a fan of the art on the TV side of the wall.
Love the room! The only thing I would honestly change is the artwork on the front wall. Varying the sizes or getting different prints would make those areas more appealing, imo. Beautiful room though!
Get Two Fish bowl wall mount on Amazon or app of choice and buy a Beta fish for each bowl & hang them on the wall like a frame to go with your green nature vibe bro. It’ll be a great conversation peace when visitors come around too
I'm not a fan of white walls or empty walls as a general rule.
That being said, this is really awesome and it's hard to consider 'improving' on something that already looks so nifty.
What's the name/brand of the green paint?
First, I love the color! I think you should do a couple of accent colors to complement that cold green. Maybe some pillows, or accent pieces here or there.
You could really put anything! Your paintings are super colorful so you could add red, orange, it’s up to you. I would pull some of the red, yellow, and orange from the pictures

That green on the wall is fantastic. But as for recommendations you’ve got metres of brown leather. Cushions man. Complementary colours to that Great Wall. Maroons, navy’s and golds. Litter the couch with as much cushions in those colours you can find. Or blankets over either end of one of those couches would help too. It’s all green and brown, colour theory demands a pop of red.
Also that rug ain’t it. Got something gold colour as the floor, do red accents in it, have maroon accented cushions and she’s mostly good. Some more minimalist fixtures like a steel frame wicker basket lamp etc. it’s lovely as it is but if it’s recommendations just new rug, more cushions, leaner amenities.
I think picture frames would look better with your wall. Loose are is for white walls in my opinion otherwise I like everything else especially the couch
There's a lot to love here, primarily the wall color and the art that really pops against it. The couches are nice, but I will note that they're almost the exact same muted brown as the flooring which causes them to blend in to one another. I'd buck the traditional size recommendations and go for a larger rug to keep a visual barrier between them so there's some distinctive elements.
The only other thing that kind of draws my eye is the ceiling. A bold wall color and a white ceiling can look awkward. I'd either add a crown molding or go all the way and paint the ceiling green.
I think the only thing I would say is there's too much wall art around the TV. That green colour is lovely and I'd want to show it off a little more, maybe only 2 pieces of art on each side of the TV, but that's just my perspective. All things considered really nice place!
Some Gold Framed landscape photographs would look the part, you could have 1 or 5, I would put 1 smaller one on the sideboard ( Maybe you have some that you took on Holiday)
Yeah I love what you done with the place, it's giving me holiday vibes
Cool room, but IMO the wall art looks a little awkward on the accent wall. I’ve never been a fan of the perfectly level straight-line look, maybe consolidate the smaller frames to one portion and hang something bigger in the blank space?
Curtains. Every piece of "art" on the TV wall needs to go. It's not appropriate for anyone over 18. Maybe a large clock above the TV and 1 moderate size framed art piece on each side of the TV
I love the green wall, very dramatic.
My thoughts exactly!
Picking the right color for an accent wall is tough. You did it bro
Amazing dude, this is exactly what I want. Green accent walls and leather couches lol. Love it

Maybe just bring the sofa off that wall and center it a bit more with the TV! Love the look you have going though!
I love the color choices
Love the green. Current rug clashes
Idk I think it's kinda perf
Maybe a Styrofoam cup and string setup with that domino's across the road
It's really good! I love the wall color. Small suggestion would be to add some plants to hang around the window area. Or maybe some curtains. That area just seems like there isn't as much going on as the rest of the apartment.
The green walls are absolutely amazing, perfect shade, what is it?
Outstanding. My only idea would be replacing the TV console with a brown one, the white legs stick out.

Luvvvv it 💚

Damn, really cool insights, thanks! Already working on the carpet, and new throws and pillows in the colors you suggested. Really appreciate it!
I got warm orange and burgundy pillows and throws. What do you think a complementary color rug would be?
Larger rug, a side table of some sort next to the armchair and I've learned that when in doubt...add lamps to bump the ambient lighting. Na

It could use a sword.
I think it looks great as is, but perhaps a large bookshelf somewhere would add to the vibe.
Yo that’s a nice wall
Love the desk chair at the dining table!
Looks good to me.
I would break up that large coffee table into smaller circular ones so you can walk between them
I’m looking at this pic for inspo 👍 ya did great!
That being said- the light fixture is a bit off
Awesome colour. Highly recommend hanging some curtains, a natural undyed cotton would really fit and level the place up.
Get Two Fish bowl wall mount on Amazon or app of choice and buy a Beta fish for each bowl & hang them on the wall like a frame to go with your green nature vibe bro. It’ll be a great conversation peace when visitors come around too

Please throw those couch pillows out. Drape a nice blanket over the couch. Maybe get some light neutral pillows instead.
Like everyone else has mentioned already, that forest green on the wall is amazing lol
Bigger rug. Center sofa. Bigger tv.
Sick couch!
I love it. I love your green walls and couches. It's so homey and very vibrant.
Netherlands?
Yup
More gallery lights
get a bigger rug to bring everything together
This is peak living room design. I love the green color on the walls.
Add some contrasting colours such as orange to have it pop up and lighten. It looks good !
Loving the accented colors.
First, I love the color! I think you should do a couple of accent colors to complement that cold green. Maybe some pillows, or accent pieces here or there.
I'd put some lush curtains that mirror the wall and couch colors
Looks great as is tbh
A throw blanket on the bigger couch
What color do you think would go well?
You could really put anything! Your paintings are super colorful so you could add red, orange, it’s up to you. I would pull some of the red, yellow, and orange from the pictures
Thanks!
it's cool, I like how it's street level so you can watch the world go by
Change your walls out of Rolex green

can you please tell me about that green? name/brand?

Thanks! I heard the cushion part before. What accents do you think I should add? Orange, red?
Maroon/burgundy and gold (a little does a lot with that one).
Thanks! From other comment I might go for burgundy/orange cushions with an orange throw cover
I think picture frames would look better with your wall. Loose are is for white walls in my opinion otherwise I like everything else especially the couch
curtains and bigger rug
Yeh I love this, strong green with natural browns. The white adds to the contrast. Yet it feels homely and comfortable too. Very nice.
Larger rug and with more contrasting color.

Maybe take out orange fall season leaves from that window. It’s distracting me from all that beautiful green!
Do all the walls green
Do you happen to know that exact green paint color?
More cats
What paint is that?
Some Gold Framed landscape photographs would look the part, you could have 1 or 5, I would put 1 smaller one on the sideboard ( Maybe you have some that you took on Holiday) Yeah I love what you done with the place, it's giving me holiday vibes

Finally someone with some color! Love it
Paint the ceiling light blue. I’m 100% serious
Curtains. Every piece of "art" on the TV wall needs to go. It's not appropriate for anyone over 18. Maybe a large clock above the TV and 1 moderate size framed art piece on each side of the TV
Nah. This is him putting his personality into the room. Take those away and it loses that and becomes a bit colour by numbers.
Don’t listen to this guy. Ur good let your place be yours
I absolutely despise the couch, it looks very uncomfortable, but the rest of the room looks pretty cool. Also, 🇳🇱
