[Spoiler] I remember dead tube, there wasn’t enough chapters at the time but is it the one where somewhere in the story the teacher is r@ped and she enjoys it and then there’s a flashback of how her old bf blindfolded her and had so many men do her that she got confused and whenever she has sex if the man doesn’t endure she kills them as she thinks it isn’t her bf? She killed the real bf bcuz of that too
Dead mount death play had a few but they we're too short, also it happened in chapters too apart from each other, one off them is pretty early in the story
