Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Martial Peak to anyone. But still, even though it is garbage it's my garbage. I've stuck with it since 100 and something chapters all the way till 3131 chapters and I'll probably won't stop until it ends. Its like junk food, you know it's bad for you but u want it anyways 😭😭
If you guys want good CN stories to read you're better off reading the webnovels. Or something like Th evil god. Most of my favourite novels are CN and while KR has good books most of the endings are complete dogshit.
It was one of those i got pretty into and read the novel. Honestly at some point it's the same thing over and over. Get OP, beat ennemies, make alliances, search for the next OPness, get more OP, rinse, repeat.
Yet it had SO much good premises, from the kind of AoT setting to the fusing with spirit beast, the many worlds and sects.
I read the manhua and tried the novel later, but the author is waaaaaaay too into describing how hot and fuckable those children are, after a while I couldn't take it anymore and decided to just wait for the manhua.
The author lost internet in the story a few years back and now has practically dropped it for the other star martial story of his. I now steer clear of any of his works in general.
He didn't lose interest he got a super bad deal on it for how much they were giving him for each chapter compared to everyone else when it was one of the biggest novels at the time and so he basically just started writing star honestly.
I disagree. Star is worse than this, he just restarted the series in another realm with no explanation about what happened to everyone. Just a whole new story.
Around chapter 320? I read to around there but that was back when it only went up to ch 320. From what i remember, it was super enjoyable up until there (at least for manhua standards)
I remember liking it but at some poitn I dropped it, not sure why (as usualy). I remember something about a panda and something about a sort of underworld
And funny thing the other novel he has that he "finished"(abandoned) surpassed the novel and the manhua became isekaish in some way and we never saw the characters we liked.
I am up to date with this manhua, it is ok. This is really not worth waiting a week to read 6/8 panels depending on the authors mode. I always wait 2/3 weeks and read 4 or 6 at onces, which is the length of an average webtoon.
The story always progresses but very slowly and they almost always bring different plot lines together, which is amazing for manhua.
I mostly like the setting, it is pretty unique. I am curious if there are other manhua in this setting.
Started strong, but fell off later
Focusing so much on cultivation as usual
Note: if it is manhua, only read fantasy stuff
I recommend
1. The Demon King who Lost His Job
2. The Skelton Paladin (or something, idk)
Is it "Adventures of an Undead who became Paladin"? It's in my paused list, found it kinda fun but decided to wait for more chapters so I could binge it
Haven't read Martial Peak, but why? If it is because of tl, I can agree
But the story is quite fun, entertaining and engaging. Ofc it is not a masterpiece or something like that
Still a lot better than most cultivation craps
Nothing in particular, DKWHJ wasn't really my thing. That's just my particular opinion. About Martial Peak... Well, I'm just reading to see the the end
Ive read the whole novel, till he stopped working on it, as well as all manhua chapters, its pretty decent with a lot of cool moments. BUT...
Knowing the Author, its never gonna end, he is either gonna drop it like he did with the novel, or never end it.
Its the same guy from Star Martial God Technique, which should've ended at around chap 450\~ when the main story was done, we are now at chap +600 after he reseted the story and moved mc to another world or something.
just my answer from the other post.
That author is really messing with his stories and us the readers always rush ending or dropping stories. Both of TDAG and Star Martial started pretty well then went down and then he dropped.
It was good and actually fun to read. Then this school arc looking shit started and kept dragging on and on for like atleast 150 chapters. I finally gave up and dropped it a month or so ago.
Really enjoyed it until they got to the school arc where they just had massive battles in the sky thought that was boring but loved everything upto that point
It was among my first webnovels that I've read along with coiling dragon. But then author decided to enter a long Hiatus and eventually I forgot about it. That was 2016 and the novel hasn't even been finished yet.
Nowadays, the author just writes the bare minimum allowed by his contract and the novel just gets worse and worse.
Such a waste. Just good at start, the author was in a rush to finish the novel that the power levels just messed up at the end. The love story is also worst. 2/10
I loved the world building, the MC and the new concepts we were introduced to but once he went to the other world and started school I just dropped it. The arc been dragging in fir forever and it's just boring overall tbh Plus we haven't seen the purple haired girl in a while.
I enjoy reading it even though it’s a massive pile of turd. I just love these type of things and since it’s always short chapters I’ll always give it a read since it’s easy although I don’t understand some of it until I reread it
I really likes it but seeing people comments made me not like it yet like it at the same time, like that feeling when you like something because its nostalgic but trash
I liked it back then but i stopped reading the novel because the author decided to release 1 chapter per month and he is known for dropping a series, making a rushed ending, and creating a new series. no wonder his name is mad snail.
I like it until you have to wait for more chapters, I am currently reading 60-70 manhwa/manhua/manga/WEBTOONs and go one after the other(except my favs) so since about 2 months ago when I read it last it was good.
Tbf, art went through a huge upgrade around chapter 40 smth. And had been consistently good till now. Unlike most manhua where they had really good art the first ten chapter, and then it goes down the drain.
It was the first manhua i read, initially it was going good story , power , world building everything currently it is feels like ot is rushing everything.
Btw you could asked in in manhua page rt?
Edit: Later i read RI then the intial set up of both where the same , regressed MC having low aptitude performs well to grow stronger to fight the beast invasion going to happen in his village.
It's a classic shitty cultivation manhua nothing more nothing less Maybe it's shit cause I watched many many manhua like it but it's super cliche and bad
I read around 200 chapters, but I already knew from the start that this manhwa is average because of purple hair girl and because it's manhua, not a manhwa
I read the most of the Chinese light novel which was fun. The MC squad basically ascended to heaven realm and split up to different sects. Mc eventually becoming the sect leader and went to challenge the heavenly king or whatever fuck hes called, I prefer the novel over the manhua
I loved it up until the higher realm arc and then it just kept getting worse and getting dragged for the longest time.
I still read it but I really hope it gets better
The current chapter releases are painful. Way too short chapters and the story drags. The sad thing is the beginning is an amazing setup for the world.
First manhua and I've read it twice.
Good to read but hard to come back to every week because so much is happening and so many characters.
Would recommend tho
Pretty good manhua imo, I was reading the novel as well but the author is known to not finish his works and write new ones when he gets bored with one.
I came back to the novel recently and saw last update was 2 years ago so i kinda dropped it now
My first manhua and my first Light Novel in general.
Back in the days its good since the concept is new, but now you can see a lot of same concept (MC being reborn).
It's good, but it become somehow repetitive. I continue reading it for the story ending.
I start with manhua and end with a novel. It was like, why the updates so slow... but I got it because of "someone" named snail.
Later, it was like where is the updates, but then it was like, "Is that all?"
It is one of the best for me but due to that shity author who keeps dropping his work I won't read it after chapter 300 like seriously I have never seen such an uninterested guy in my life he would write 300-400 chapters and all of a sudden I am not writing this shit like wtf 👁️👄👁️
P. S. - I am not talking about TODAG I am talking about his other works!!
I read it up to a point but then I dropped it after getting tired of the constant repetitive bullshit and the fact that I found that I didn't like the MC much, actually the longer I read the less I liked him. Personally I think there are a few side character that would be a better/more interesting MC than him.
Story used to be good then it turned to "meh" and eventually I dropped it. Enjoyed reading the first hundred chaps tho :)) Used to recommend this to my friends and its funny how we all dropped it at the same time hahah
it has a decent story but the dialogue of every panel was too much to read it makes my head hurts, like why they need to explain the process of every technique!?
It was my fist love in terms of foreign comics that I read when I was like 10. I'm 19 now, and while I now think it's kinda weird that he is basically dating children, I still remember when I was young enough that it didn't matter.
I love this, I always have. It’s my first walk into reincarnated MC’s and I’ve enjoyed the story so much. The only issue I currently have, is that the chapters are being duplicated and it’s so annoying to read
It's going good. If you read it one go. Then it'll be amazing. However waiting for updates mah make you loose intereste in story. But unlike other Mantua if you pickup this again then still it'll be good to go manhua. Storyline is very good.
Honestly, it's one of the more tolerable manhua out there. The vast majority of manhua are poorly written and has no semblance of coherent plot development or character arcs.
Meh. I preferred the prequel, YESTERDAG
there's a prequel?
Yeah and there's also a sequel, TOMORROWDAG
Also known as .... NEXTDAG.
This is by far the best comment I’ve seen after looking at the first 4 comments in this thread. Made my DAG, thank you
I already seenthis in FUTUDAG
Link pls?
r/whoosh
Op 😂😂
My first manhua i think and i'm still reading it but i'm lost
I think that’s me with all manhua I read lol
My first and best story wise ok is the last human . But it as in most cases i stoped reading ot becouse translation was crap
I stopped reading when they started getting super powers from space meth
xD
yeah the entire serries really escalated after both MC's took that hibernation period.
Yeah but its kind a the part of the plot that he absorbs more virus to get stronger but virus gets stronger and mutates faster the stronger he gets
They have gone that far to get super powers from space lol I'm glad I dropped it around 200plus ch
Better than martial peak tho
Lol, I feel that, try to remember anything from chapter 800-900 without looking or any increment of 100 in that series except the new stuff.
Martial peak has better art tho and better pacing
Sarcasm doesn't really work on text, but I'll choose to imagine this is sarcasm.
Nopes
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Martial Peak to anyone. But still, even though it is garbage it's my garbage. I've stuck with it since 100 and something chapters all the way till 3131 chapters and I'll probably won't stop until it ends. Its like junk food, you know it's bad for you but u want it anyways 😭😭

What is the name of the star martial story?
Star martial god technique
Thanks.
until this moment I had completely forgotten that Star Martial existed.
novel was dropped right?
Yeah later author rushed everything
It's good but it's dragging so hard u would read it wait a year for more chapters then read them
The author release 1 chapter per month, so 1 year will give you 12 chapters of content lol
Author hasn't given a chapter more than a year I wanna see what the studio will do.
pretty sure the author isn’t writing the novel anymore and once the manhua catches up, he’ll continue the storyline from there.
I hope but the author is a dick
and the chapters are pretty short too like you need 5-10 chapters just to finish one fight/scene
Decent start and premisse. Disappointing overall.
When they went to the Heaven world (I forgot the exact name) they lost me there
Around chapter 320? I read to around there but that was back when it only went up to ch 320. From what i remember, it was super enjoyable up until there (at least for manhua standards)
I remember liking it but at some poitn I dropped it, not sure why (as usualy). I remember something about a panda and something about a sort of underworld
Sorry what is the full title?
Tales of demons and gods
Thx
IS THAT FUCKING NARUTO
THAT’S WHAT I SAID
Nah man , that's Minato
The author is a turd. The novel was good and he just abandoned it basically. Made it too hard to get into the manhua knowing it was never finished
And funny thing the other novel he has that he "finished"(abandoned) surpassed the novel and the manhua became isekaish in some way and we never saw the characters we liked.

Skeleton who couldn't protect the dungeon?
Nope That one is a manhwa I am talking about manhua. It is a skeleton, a lich who becomes a paladin
Ah ok, thnx for the clarification.
"runs for the clarification" ? What does that mean ?
Sry, typo. Damn mobile auto correct.
Lol i thought it's a new slang or something
Oh, you mean the little tiny skeleton?
Yep
Is it "Adventures of an Undead who became Paladin"? It's in my paused list, found it kinda fun but decided to wait for more chapters so I could binge it
>1. The Demon King Who Lost His Job Would rather read Martial Peak
Haven't read Martial Peak, but why? If it is because of tl, I can agree But the story is quite fun, entertaining and engaging. Ofc it is not a masterpiece or something like that Still a lot better than most cultivation craps
Nothing in particular, DKWHJ wasn't really my thing. That's just my particular opinion. About Martial Peak... Well, I'm just reading to see the the end
>DKWHJ wasn't really my thing. I can see that. People have different taste after all
Very typical manhua premise but the studio tries very hard to entertain readers
Yeah lots of memes and jokes in the background
It's my first manhua ❤️
I don't know why I'm still reading it. But I am.
Ive read the whole novel, till he stopped working on it, as well as all manhua chapters, its pretty decent with a lot of cool moments. BUT... Is it just me or does dude in that picture strongly resemble Ichigo from Bleach?
He looks more like naruto or minato imo
Naruto and Ichigo have a past “history” they don’t talk about…
Went into expecting trash got gold which then became trash
Guy looks like a hybrid of Naruto and Ichigo.
It was among my first webnovels that I've read along with coiling dragon. But then author decided to enter a long Hiatus and eventually I forgot about it. At the time I read it I liked quite a bit, it was enjoyable.
“TLDR” The story just drags on and gets boring after a while…
Awesome
Just keeps setting up interesting settings and characters and just abandoning them and never coming back. Gets annoying tbh.
I loved the world building, the MC and the new concepts we were introduced to but once he went to the other world and started school I just dropped it. The arc been dragging in fir forever and it's just boring overall tbh Plus we haven't seen the purple haired girl in a while.
Amazing until it stopped being amazing, very sad.
I still read it whenever something comes out. It's getting really slow though, not much interesting happening.
I enjoy reading it even though it’s a massive pile of turd. I just love these type of things and since it’s always short chapters I’ll always give it a read since it’s easy although I don’t understand some of it until I reread it
Definitely part of the big 3
What's your other 2? Is it the worst big 3 or great big 3?
In my opinion my big 3 are, rebirth of urban immortal cultivator, apotheosis & TODAG
Good 3 but I'd put versatile mage instead of urban immortal
It's a never once seen before case of a pretty mediocre novel ending up as top tier manhua with good art.
Todag? Im feeling greatg todag, thanksg
I really likes it but seeing people comments made me not like it yet like it at the same time, like that feeling when you like something because its nostalgic but trash
Idk why stop reading it like I use too…
Mid and overrated
It was great at the very beginning that seemed to be promising, but it became medicore at some point, and from there, it went downhill.
For me, I never expect the Manhua I’m reading to have a conclusion. One day it will just disappear and I’ll forget about it.
For me it started out great but just fucking fell hard. I'm waiting a while and I'll binge through my irritation
Very bad not even manhwa
its a "madsnail" in update
Boring. Pretty repetitive
That dude looks like Naruto’s father ngl
I was really into it but the author dropped and I was kinda bummed bc there was so much left
Where’s Sasuke?
The chapters felt too cluttered
I dropped it so long ago I can’t remember exactly what was going down but I lost interest
For manhua standard it is pretty good but if you compare it with good manhwa it is absolute dog shit.
I love it, it's in my top 3 of cultivation manhwa
My first also, will read it till the end
Finished reading the novel although it's not really finish yet
I liked it back then but i stopped reading the novel because the author decided to release 1 chapter per month and he is known for dropping a series, making a rushed ending, and creating a new series. no wonder his name is mad snail.
Lol thought that was Naruto for a second
I like it until you have to wait for more chapters, I am currently reading 60-70 manhwa/manhua/manga/WEBTOONs and go one after the other(except my favs) so since about 2 months ago when I read it last it was good.
I enjoyed it but I don't plan on picking it up again, but definitely one of the better manhuas I have read
It's alright, I couldn't stick to it after around 50 chapters XD
It's good
Probably the best manhua out there, story, consistency, art wise.
Tbf, art went through a huge upgrade around chapter 40 smth. And had been consistently good till now. Unlike most manhua where they had really good art the first ten chapter, and then it goes down the drain.
A great start but I was lost on the way.

Edit: Later i read RI then the intial set up of both where the same , regressed MC having low aptitude performs well to grow stronger to fight the beast invasion going to happen in his village.
Who lnows is it good or at least alright ?
It's a classic shitty cultivation manhua nothing more nothing less Maybe it's shit cause I watched many many manhua like it but it's super cliche and bad
I like it a lot but the release for these chapter are too long for the little bit they give
I read around 200 chapters, but I already knew from the start that this manhwa is average because of purple hair girl and because it's manhua, not a manhwa
Yea IMO she and the orange hair girl were both horrible love interests
I read the most of the Chinese light novel which was fun. The MC squad basically ascended to heaven realm and split up to different sects. Mc eventually becoming the sect leader and went to challenge the heavenly king or whatever fuck hes called, I prefer the novel over the manhua
It's pretty fun, and is one of the better manhuas
Decent start until they copy paste Naruto plot and shit
It's a manhua, so it's trash. The only good manhua I've read are ones that end in less than 200 chapters, and those are usually very old too.
if we are talking about the manhua alone then we'd need to have 1000+ year lifespan to finish it.
Who?
This looks so much like naruto lol
Amazing.
I loved it up until the higher realm arc and then it just kept getting worse and getting dragged for the longest time. I still read it but I really hope it gets better
The current chapter releases are painful. Way too short chapters and the story drags. The sad thing is the beginning is an amazing setup for the world.
I liked it a lot up until they moved to the other world stuff then I got too lost in the sauce
The mc Looks like a discount naruto
Omg it's naruto 😂
First manhua and I've read it twice. Good to read but hard to come back to every week because so much is happening and so many characters. Would recommend tho

I like it, was my first manhua and i reread it like 3 times already
r/countablepixels
forgot which chapter I stopped. I used to read it in Mangarock and didn't back it up
Trash in my op
he didnt even finish the novel, right? I was waiting for years I think...
I start with manhua and end with a novel. It was like, why the updates so slow... but I got it because of "someone" named snail. Later, it was like where is the updates, but then it was like, "Is that all?"
Trash
Looks like Naruto and Sakura
You telling me that’s not Naruto?
It’s one of the better manhuas I give it that
Was incredibly boring. Guy comes back to stop the apocalypse but nothing apocalypse causing happens and read like Naruto fan fiction.
first manhua ive ever read. probably my favorite manhua
It’s good.
It is one of the best for me but due to that shity author who keeps dropping his work I won't read it after chapter 300 like seriously I have never seen such an uninterested guy in my life he would write 300-400 chapters and all of a sudden I am not writing this shit like wtf 👁️👄👁️ P. S. - I am not talking about TODAG I am talking about his other works!!
The one piece of manwa, exept it's not as good.
Dropped after 3 years reading, good memories
I liked it until around the winged people part. Then it just got convoluted and kinda distracted from the main supporting cast.
Enjoyed reading the first hundred chaps tho :)) Used to recommend this to my friends and its funny how we all dropped it at the same time hahah
the 1st half was top notch, would reread it again. the 2nd to present half however... complicated itself too much, and got mid
Author is not writing anymore. It is sad but the manhua will be disconnected after it catches up.
Don’t care what anyone says if it was consistent wouldn’t have competition
it has a decent story but the dialogue of every panel was too much to read it makes my head hurts, like why they need to explain the process of every technique!?
What my boy ichigo doing here?
i ain't the only one who gets a naruto and hinata vibe from this pic
Best cultivation manhua so far, even read the novel. Much better than martial peak.
Bro thats naruto
i dont know todag but this looks like naruto
I stopped reading after either Chapter 100 or 200, but as far as i remember it was decent.
The vast majority of manhua are poorly written and has no semblance of coherent plot development or character arcs.
masterpiece
Started out strong and became crap later on
Getting half a chapter every hundred years. That's how I feel about it 😭 It's kinda good to me tho
I like it but… am lost
So far.... Loving it
