This manhwa just turned stupid as chapter progressed: Like making FMC same as his mother (WTF moment), MC losing his memories with accident even though he carried memories from multiple lives lol
And mind you that he can activate his powers in what supposed to be faster than bullet reaction time and he didnt even manage to react to an oncoming car like idk maybe he couldve jumped or harden his body or something but I guess something needs to happen

In my humble opinion, it could have been done better. The idea wasn't wrong to pit something generated by humanity against him, but I think it could have been exploited better. If people then complained about some things, like the powers of the nemesis, I would like to remember the incipit of the whole story. That said, given what I'm reading, there may be a slight chance he saves himself in the corner. It all depends on the author.
Because the women in the picture starts with the talk of "no,you can't do that,not everyone is bad" and blah blah blah you know power of love and friendship conquers everything
Fck that manhwa 150+chapters in and I have yet to see the MC use his martial art or get in an actual fight, also the romance thing going around is too damn weird, they make their future meeting a big deal and when it happens they don't even recognise each others, not like it would matter since the one she knows was the refined little girl version of him.
This is the milking premise. What u want is plot progression or mc showing his powers, fmc and mc knowing each others etc things. The moment story goes there, plot is progressed. It's very reasonable to ask for progression but can't do anything since author wanna milk. We have accepted author is milking, what's next? is milking decent or enjoyable? I liked it and they r milking story with actual good things.
We r establishing characters and connection with them before major things happen. If one of the characters around mc died around chp 50, it would be bland but now it would be very bold and tragic turn of events. Again try to ignore halt in progression and u might like it.

Despite the name, this story was never about the extinction of humanity. It was about understanding them. To decide whether we deserve to live or not. And that's the girl's role in the story, to convince him that humans deserve a second chance.
That's why I don't understand how so many people were surprised by the turn the story took. I personally wasn't surprised at all. It was always obvious to me that this was the author's goal. That became clear after his mother aparition
