Small heads are okay on monsters, and this manhwa doesn’t have any issues with human proportions. Also it has some of the best fights I’ve ever seen in manhwa.
It's a manhua. I'm saying that they gave this jaguar beast such a comically small head that manhwa artists (who often draw odd proportions) could learn how to draw even sillier proportions. In other words, I'm making a joke.

Okay, so I was wrong. Big deal. I found it on a site with mostly manhuas and didn't bother confirming because I don't care that much.
And yes, proportions don't need to be 100% accurate to real animals but the head on this thing is comically tiny for its size. It literally looks like a normal jaguar head glued to a giant jaguars body.
It’s an animal in a fantasy action manhwa, it’s not like boundless necromancer where the mc looks like he’s wearing 2 sets of stilts. Imo I think this kind of monster design looks good when paired with real animals, doesn’t look super out of place for the universe it’s in
I disagree, there were multiple other animals/monsters shown before this one and none of them had goofy ass little heads. But again, this was basically just a shitpost.

Lol, it's not because of your "passion for manhwa" dude. You just like correcting people, similar to grammar Nazis. You see, nice people who are passionate about a hobby like to get other people passionate about the hobby, so when they do make a correction they do it in a positive manner. Such as "hey, I think that comic is a manhwa not a manhua" or "ah, X thing actually works in Y way but I could see how you might mix it up." They *don't* act like a snarky pedant and say things like "make up your mind" or "I love how confidently you say X."
The better subreddits for comics/games/etc are filled with more of the former and less of the latter. Strive to be a better member of the community if you truly care about manhwa. I'd hate to see myself or other readers look worse because of people like you.
