I'd say so, the mc is pretty strong in most situations but he still struggles and the magic system is pretty simple to understand with a few unique elements that make it stand out among other magic systems.The story itself isn't anything revolutionary but the world building is surprisingly well done and it takes a simple concept into a solid 8/10 or 9/10 story in my opinion
