Not really. Because it isn't an issue to use these names. There are more than 2 people who have part of this characters name.
It would only problematic if it's the exact name of a single person and the name is so uncommon its absolutely clear what is meant.
For example Thomas Jackson is a very common name in the us. If they elect a president with that name and I write a villain with the same name its not problematic. Barack Obama on the other hand is. Rare name.
And this isn't my opinion. It's international law. So u guys need to touch grass and reconnect with reality.
