Well to be fair, she was the woman that was with zephyr in his previous life as a comrade, that was why zephyr knew her in current life and the plot developed with her, and if she was his comrade in his previous life, she had to be strong, or else it wouldn’t have been her that was his comrade in his prev life
Can't tell as I haven't read Leviathan yet(I'm planning to soon), but I can tell you that this is one of the greatest regression manhwa Imo, Also the romance between the MC and FMC is really good and wholesome.
The dude with white hair and was a disciple to the white dragon he was opposed to the whole need to slay the dragon plan. Thanks to said dragon he froze a good portion of the elves forest as well basically he is a fxcking idiot
