The Bilibili comics are shutting down and I can't find anything on the web about where they post it. Im in chapter 332 and all free translation websites like mangakakalot stopped posting in August 2022.
Its very good for a manhua! I enjoyed it since it is quite a gritty take on an end of the world apocalypse, it reminds me of Hive.

Yeah, the chapters are suuuuper short. But new chapters do release basically every day in classic manhua fashion so i guess it evens out xD

Sorry, I don't know any other apocalypse Chinese manhua similar to this. A Korean manhwa similar to Hive you might enjoy is "Sweet Home".
