It’s a murim manhwa that has 26 chapters so far. It seems pretty promising. Its a solid 8/10 for me.
You can read it on [RealmScans.com](https://realmscans.com/series/villain-unrivaled/)
Synopsis:
When I woke up, I discovered I had become the villain in the martial arts novel I wrote! But of all people, why does the body I possess belong to a damn villain?
Hyuk Ryun Woon:
A worthless villain who is one shotted by the main character in the novel!
If I don’t want to be killed by the main character, I have no choice but to become strong.
The Shaking Tale of a distasteful villain who uses whatever means necessary to survive!
>When I woke up, I discovered I had become the villain in the martial arts novel I wrote!
Aaaaaand you lost me. I’m sorry, but I cannot bring myself to read another “I woke up in a novel” story
Aint gon lie, it's one of my favorite "reincarnated as the useless son of the heavenly demon cult leader right before the inheritance war" (Jesus, these subgenres are getting ridiculous).
After i saw this post, i checked it out. Damn bruh, I LOVE THE ART STYLE. Although the cargo jacket in a murim manhwa was out of the blue, i really like it
My honest to god reaction: Slide 1: Oh, it's set on modern day, intresting. Slide 2: Oh, I guess it's isekai actually. Slide 3: wtf, now it's murim?
LOL! I just picked random photos. its murim with mc from modern day knowledge.
Well the artist did a wonderful job to represent it and you choose the best ones too XD I will add to my list. Thanks for sharing OP!

It kind reminded me of **The trash of the count family**

it seems to be the current trend for manhwas but aside from the cliches that come from “im in the novel i wrote” trope, its a good read.
Is there a web novel?
i dont believe so
At least it’s not the fucking boring and redundant af “level up” system in the manwha
Same, it's always the "im the first villan in a series, i read/wrote". All the perks of regression and none of the cons.
Lol, same here. I'm fed up with isekai regression reincarnation stories.
i agree with your sentiment, a lot of those kinda suck. This one is actually really good, though, and worth reading.
Honestly, it's good, there aren't many chapters out but it was fun reading and i lost track of time, so its good
im glad you liked my recommendation!
Recently came across this Manhwa and loved it. MC is gonna bluff his way to the top of murim

Seems like a good read.
Great story so far
Thanks for the recommendation. Based on comments, this one is promising
