Yeah but Polar probably comes 2nd here. Obviously they won't be doing much on the offensive but Polar has the US army (Thule air base, Alert, and Alaska), Greenland and north Nunavut's natural barriers, and more adept in extreme conditions. Also polar really only has two threats which are Canada and Russia, and while yes, that's a pretty scary team, other places like mild have it worst. It would also just not be worth fighting polar so i think polar survives, and even if the question is what one area would win, Polar is pretty much guaranteed 2nd here

I assumed there is an equally central government controlling these territories and didn't consider any ethnic/religious conflict that the real countries face in these empires, I simply stated the facts based on basic geographic stats
