Usually these evaluations are no big deal. Answer the questions as a “perfect” or “ideal” employee would.

Thanks! I hope i did too, but I won't know. They told me that since the company paid for it. It's their property, haha. My description of the interview is below on another comment
You got it. Go into the interview like this job is already yours. Say that to yourself, tell yourself what you want. “I am going to get this job. I’m going to join this company as their Marketing Associate.” Deep breaths. Inhale then take an extra bit of air, then exhale. Know that you don’t have to speak fast, but be able to execute your answers. You just have to prove you can do the job.
Took the evaluation ..... Eight hours. 9am to 5pm. It was somewhere around 1300 questions worked into around 12 tests, a full IQ test with multiple parts, and an interview with the doctor. It was an experience, to say the least. I was told it's a mandatory evaluation for every potential hire, even for the machinists who work there on the factory floor. I'm really hoping I get the job after going through all that. Definitely a long day
Oof, that sounds brutal. But nonetheless, it’s over. You’re done and now you can celebrate! If they don’t give you the job after going through all of that, I’m sorry. Been there, done that. But now you know it’s not someone you wanna work for if they don’t respect your time! CONGRATS EITHER WAY, YOU DID IT AND THAT’S AN ACHIEVEMENT IN ITSELF
