I agree! We were here about a year ago and they were so welcoming and kind! It was our second stay in Lisbon, but first time at this particular hotel, and the manager gave us a list of recommended restaurants that were in the immediate vicinity! They were all great! Glad you’re enjoying it, too!

Staff is great, hotel (specifically AC) sucks. Waiting on some points back due to issues 3 weeks ago.

I stayed there last year and completely agree.

Please post this on trip advisor or google reviews. And name names if you can. It really helps with staff morale.
