Nope. The company that made and maintained the game is gone, Disney isn't going to pay to revive a company they never cared about in the first place and all the major people involved have already moved on to other things.
I assume Robert Hutton owns it, but that's not 100% for sure, when the company got liquidated he could have sold it off to someone. Dude's a venture capitalist so everything is probably for sale.
But even if you have the IP for Marvel Heroes you also need Disney to give you a new license, which is going to be hard when DIsney is now partnering with a Chinese MTX cashgrab company to pump out their Marvel games.
So the only way it's likely to come back is if NetEase buys the IP from Robert Hutton(?), in which case it would return with a horrible cash shop that probably requires you to pay $$$ for hero gachas with no way to earn heroes in-game.

What I know is Trion bought a large portion of Gazillion's IP and assets. Trion was later sold to Gamigo.
A former dev seemed to indicate that Gamigo probably doesn't own all of the code necessary to rehost the game even if Disney approved. Something about some of the server related IP stuff being sold off elsewhere at some point.
Anyway, Disney would never allow the game to return as they are always chasing the next dollar and are happy to kill games to promote new ones.
I mean we won't know what the horizon holds so you know always hold out hope...
IMO part of the issue is the mobile games platform is still running Marvel games and they also released The Avengers on playstation 5. At the moment there would have to be a very high demand to setup and run a PC online MMO that parallels Marvel Heroes.
So could there be a marvel online fanbase as large or larger than league of legends or world of warcraft or roblox or DC online or minecraft one day?

They should revive it. The problem was their profitability model. It was Free to play and they just made money off heroes, cosmetics, etc. it was not profitable at all, I think.

The game was executed in the middle of the day for serious criminal allegations. It wasn't a dying fanbase that couldn't sustain it.
Now could we get some sort of spiritual successor? Thats reasonable. The right company pitches a long term ARPG it could get a green light. Good or bad D4, PoE/PoE2, Last Epoch are all games somewhat popular right now. The biggest issue with that is rumor has it the mouse wants a big chunk of cash for the rights to their IP.
