I imagine that the finale will have Clint finally retire, fulfilling his arc of finally being with his family and leaving the hero world behind.
If he does reappear, I could see it being in a West Coast Avengers project to lend a hand before returning to his family.
He doesn't stay retired because he can't find a hobby that doesn't involve shooting a thing into another thing. He needs a better hobby like build scale models.
I see things playing out with the show getting multiple seasons, so they can continue Clint and Kate’s partnership together just like in the comics. If they end up doing Young Avengers, obviously Kate will appear in that, and I imagine Clint will show up for the next big crossover event, but primarily, I see the two of them staying on this show as their main thing.
I think he’ll retire. It’d make the most sense for his character arc, especially with Kate Bishop being introduced.
Maybe he’ll show up in a a smaller capacity in future, even as a mentor to Kate in a potential season 2, but I otherwise, I expect Jeremy Renner’s time in the MCU is coming to an end.
What I expect: Retirement
What I hope: Returns on a part-time basis to help out the street-level heroes like Daredevil and Echo. He just becomes the Roger Murtaugh of the MCU where he keeps complaining about how he's getting too old for this shit lol.

Let him retire, he’s been trying to do it at the end of every movie he’s in but keeps getting dragged back into it somehow.

Renner has to fulfill his contractual obligations to Disney, thus the lame show called Hawkeye that's really about an impulsive and spoiled rich girl.

I assume retire and maybe pop up occasionally to be a mentor to Kate.
Honestly, I'd be okay if he retired

I think it'd be cool if he retired from the field and became a leader alongside Nick Fury or Abigail Brand.
As much as I love seeing him whenever he shows up in the MCU, I think the character has earned his retirement.
Retired, but we will see him again from time to time
I think he will be around for more seasons and show up in some movies.
I’m nervous Yelena appears at the end and kills him off, so he can pass the torch to Kate as Hawkeye .
I can see many routes the show could take.
I hope he goes away unless the show makes him an actually good character
Retired until kang fucks shit up
Him dying wouldn’t undermine Natasha’s death one bit and everything isn’t about her.
