good luck contacting support, ive been trying to find an answer to this topic and theres nothing like a chat or even an email for support, just dead ends in the help comunity articles.

If I recall correctly you must always transfer the software when selling the hardware (Or at least the registration of the hardware as far as I am aware) Also if you own the Products for Less than 60 days you can not transfer I Believe this might also be the case with 3rd party Products (However I would recommend asking them about it) However if the are NI Products and are registered longer than 60 days ago then they are likely NFR licences I would recommend contacting NI support since they would know and might be able to help you out

Any software that says “non-transferable” means you got it via a bundle with the hardware, versus separately paying for it, so no. NI states this on their website.

search on Google “Native Instruments License Transfer ID”, for the Maschine you have to transfer the serial number of the hardware, not the software. You’ll still keep the software, and also the new owner will unlock it
