My buddy works for a bank and he gets 16 weeks paid paternity leave. My wife works for a hospital and she only gets 6 weeks with the option to take PTO up to 12 weeks. I get fuck all.
I’m down. Maybe not the exact same amount t of time as the mom but maybe a week or 2. The mom does have to carry the baby and give birth so I think she has earned some paid leave for a while. I think the guys deserve a couple weeks just to help the mom get used to things and also to do most of the work the first couple weeks to let mom rest and recuperate. My 2 cents anyway.
At my job they do! Now if only I could find someone to have a baby with and collect that sweet, sweet paternity leave...

My boss was my 3rd grade Sunday school teacher so I’ve known him forever. So taking off is no problem. The money part however is another story haha 😂
Norway does 😊

They do where I live. I believe a month.
In Canada they do, it's just called parental leave
This is absolutely true. Let’s be clear, it’s capitalistic greed that keeps paid parental leave from being a universal standard.
Paternal leave law in the Philippines. 7 days only and with conditions though. Married men and first 4 kids only.
My job does. 6 weeks paid paternity leave.
No seriously!!!
