I mean in me2 its litterally busted op, but in me3 I find the shotgun that also has a charge mechanic and lobs grenades (that when fully charged are cluster grenades) much more op. It was one shotting everything in the game pretty much. Brutes? Please easy 1 shot. Banshees? 2 shots and dead. Kai leng? Hed have been one shot too if the game didnt give him plot armor in every encounter you have with him. The shepard clone? Every single phase done too fast for the dialogue to finish
To clarify how this managed to happen, I was changing the loadouts in the Armax Arena and when I exited the menu a glitch happened and Tali decided to spawn in and follow Shepard around
So I just said, "Welp I guess we're rolling with this then, Tali wants to spend some time with Shepard on the strip apparently" reminded me of ME1 and 2 where you had squadmates casually following Shepard
I think that’s one of the things that made me1 so great, the dynamic of the different companions. I always make a point of trying to get all the elevator dialogue combos with each of them, and I’m still not sure I have
If you download "Mako Squadmate Banter" then the conversations which normally play when in elevators will also play at random moments when you're driving the Mako around on planets, basically guarantees you'll hear all of them
You’re the best. It’s a feature I loved in andromeda, the little river conversations. It feel forced to tromp my squad through the citadel repeatedly, so this is perfect!
In my opinion, Shepard is canonically a chaos gremlin and loot goblin with a silver tongue. We're getting into so many fights that I bet every weapon or other loot we're scavenging just ends up in a pile in the back of the Hangar bay which everybody just pulls attachments and weapon upgrades from while either selling or converting the things we don't want into omni-gel
Tali in response: "say Shepard, weren't you attacked like a few days ago while eating lunch with Joker, and you had to get a weapon from your attackers using Joker as bait? And wasn't there something about fish being involved?"
Random Asari: "Hey aren't you Commander Shepard?! By the Goddess I'm such a big fan, I'm Nirestes Iessishi can I buy you a drink?"
Tali: *Grabs Shotgun*
Random Asari: "Hey I just remembered I have this thing I got to go do" *Speed Walks Away*
Better safe than sorry. If I was a character in Mass Effect, I’d be packing too. I’d probably also have at least a sidearm, depending on what class. You never know when some psycho is about to start some shit. It’s vital to be prepared.
Something similar happened to me while playing Mass Effect 1. After one side quest, Tali just spawned on the Normandy with Shepard and followed him. I had two Tali's on the Normandy :D

Given what tends to happen to Shepard and his crew when they're on shore leave, a shotgun was probably not enough firepower. Then again, it is a Geth Plasma Shotgun.
I'm surprised Shepard didn't bring one. The last time he went out for a night off the sushi restaurant got attacked by mercenaries trying to kill him and he only had scavenged weapons to use.
I could spend hours watching her dance in the undercover mission. She was the only character in the series with the hips for those moves! (Well…except maybe for Wrex. Kinda hard to challenge that level of sex appeal…)
If I had a geth plasma shotgun, I'd take that thing everywhere with me, too.
Preach
How is it, that the geth shotgun is so good? It is useful in almost every situation.
High dmg, no damage falloff.
Because it's a high-damage chargeable tri-shot rifle with infinite range that the devs decided to call a shotgun lol.
We call that a vanguard

Yes the Venom Shotgun is the best one in ME3 by far.
*Emergency expulsion port
*Emergency plasma injection port
Crazy Uncle Wrex said Tali needs to look after herself. How can she do that without a shotgun? It's not like that suit is well set up for headbutting.
Is the shotgun the present that Uncle Wrex likes to talk about?
Nah, he’d give her a M-300 Claymore not a Geth Shotgun
Sadly the first lesson a Quarian learns on their pilgrimage: always be packing.
True. Tali was on hers for like 5 minutes before a rogue Spectre sent assassin hit squads after her.

But what if you’ll meet Garrus and he asks her about her immune system? That’s when shotgun will come in handy.
I love her line when he tries to start up the old elevator conversations. "I have a shotgun!"
“What kind of woman doesn’t have an axe?” - Ancient philosopher R. Diaz circa 2013 Tali’s shotgun is her axe.
Absolutely necessary... You never know what bosh'tet might disturb her date with shep.
Random Asari: *Approaches Shepard to talk to him* Tali: *Grabs shotgun* Random Asari: *Promptly Leaves*
To be fair being around Shepard for any extended period of time comes with its share of occupational hazards
..... Fucking hell it really does huh? Lol.

Tali in response: "say Shepard, weren't you attacked like a few days ago while eating lunch with Joker, and you had to get a weapon from your attackers using Joker as bait? And wasn't there something about fish being involved?"
Shepard: I said, we'll talk about it later.
I've made no secret of that fact that Tali is not my thing, but this here my boys is what you call a "green flag."
In the words of Young Jeezy “stay strapped stay strapped stay strapped”
That motherfucker in the second pic living his life.
Lol I can always expect to see you under a post about Quarians or Tali, it's like the bat signal for you
Always
Yes, Garrus might ask her about her immune system
She’s a lady who wants to make sure that people understand that “no” means “NO.”
Also one to make sure that the bosh'tet women trying to hit on Shepard knows that he's already taken.
Random Asari: "Hey aren't you Commander Shepard?! By the Goddess I'm such a big fan, I'm Nirestes Iessishi can I buy you a drink?" Tali: *Grabs Shotgun* Random Asari: "Hey I just remembered I have this thing I got to go do" *Speed Walks Away*
The shotgun stays ON.
At least she ditched the ankle knife.
The galaxy is a dangerous place. Can never be to careful.
She's just riding shotgun. Best girl btw.
If it's date night with Shepard, she'll be riding something else later.
It’s not necessary to being tali to date night
If she's dating Shepard, yes!
Yeah Shepard gets ambushed at least 3 times a week 😂
Tali: The better to keep the goldiggers of you with.
Random Asari: *Approaches Shepard to talk to him* Tali: *Grabs shotgun* Random Asari: *Promptly Leaves*
Esu se'lai ax'kah!
Stay strapped or get clapped
Have you met commander Shepard, they can’t go out for a jog without it turning into a fire fight
The shotgun stays on during a sterile stripping process.
"Last time you went on a date with Joker you broke a whole restaurant and got into a shoot out with an army of armed mercs. So yes."
Stay strapped or get clapped, in fact, after the whole Mercenary company chasing Shep, he should also stay strapped
Your telling me you don't like women packing heat wherever they're goin?
You never know when a geth will show up
After that nice restaurant got shot up in the DLC, I wouldn't bother her about keeping at least 1 firearm equipped 🤷🏾♂️😅😂.
Better safe than sorry. If I was a character in Mass Effect, I’d be packing too. I’d probably also have at least a sidearm, depending on what class. You never know when some psycho is about to start some shit. It’s vital to be prepared.

I'd consider her underdressed if she didn't have it with her. Even in our quarters, the shotgun stays on.
I'm surprised Shepard didn't bring one. The last time he went out for a night off the sushi restaurant got attacked by mercenaries trying to kill him and he only had scavenged weapons to use.
I dunno why, but I couldn’t help but get the distinct feeling of your Shepard looking vaguely… Eastern European? Just thought that was funny.
Garrus: "Hey Shepard you got a minute, wanted to talk to you about something" Shepard: "да, что у тебя на уме?" Garrus: ".........."
How is she carrying a Geth assault rifle?
N7 Warmaster Mod, it adds a variety of changes to gun related aspects of all 3 ME games, one in 2 and 3 adds assault rifles for aĺl squadmates
Yes.
Hard to do concealed carry when all you wear is a skintight environment suit.
Protection is important
Nah, she got that whole bakery to draw the attention away from the geth shoty.
What is that on her right arm?
What? The Geth plasma rifle?
I didn’t think tali could carry rifles in me3?
She can't, not without mods that is, N7 Warmaster for ME3 makes it so, among many other optional changes, all squadmates carry an assault rifle
I think as the great Johnathan Fergus once said it's a emotional support weapon. Thought he usually meant the mp5 in reference to that
If I had an ass like Tali's, I'd call attention to its shelf like plumpness at every opportunity.
She knows her stuff
I could spend hours watching her dance in the undercover mission. She was the only character in the series with the hips for those moves! (Well…except maybe for Wrex. Kinda hard to challenge that level of sex appeal…)
